  We came for a family reunion and enjoyed every minute of our stay in your condominium. I read the reviews before we booked and was surprised to see 5 out of 5 for each one of them. After our stay however we could see why the reviews were all so positive. Since it was a summer trip, we didn't come to ski but found it perfect for this season's stay also. The kids walked to the Alpine Slide and Coaster and the adults walked to shopping downtown. Countless other things to do within driving distance. The amenities in the complex were nice and the condo itself was outfitted with everything else anyone would ever need. Thanks for making our stay and awesome one!

  We had a great time staying at the Snowflower. We stayed for 8 nights. The condo is a super location and although the skiing was not at Park City's best, it was still great skiing and we had a blast! Condo is very nice and the owner is very helpful! We would definitely come again!

  We enjoyed staying in this condo very much. We have stayed at Snowflower many times and this condo was the best decorated and well equipped one we have stayed in. Close to the slopes, nice location.

  This place is fantastic! The condo is immaculate, well appointed, spacious, and in the ideal location! Footsteps from the Eagle lift! Apres ski on the balcony, sipping wine and watching the skiers was one of our favorite things to do. The recommended concierge service was perfection with restaurant recommendations, ski instructors and handling all of our reservation needs. We look forward to our next vacation in this condo.

  This property was well represented with the pictures and description. It exceeded our expectations and we would come back to this unit again. The kitchen was well appointed and the condo was spotless. The owners were very easy to work with and very accommodating. This is truly a ski in/out but just far enough away to avoid the noise from the grooming equipment at night! One thing that also stands out is how quiet this unit is since it is a corner unit on the third floor. The covered parking is great and so is the locker in a heated locker room for the ski gear.

  Just returned from Park City where we stayed at this condo. We could not have found a better place to stay. The condo was very comfortable, nicely designed with warm and inviting furniture. The location was great, just steps to the skilifts and easy walking to the ski school (we travelled with our 4 year old). All the appliances in the kitchen were top of the line and worked great. Definitely would stay there again

  We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. The condo was beautiful with absolutely everything we needed for a great ski trip. The location was unbelievable and we loved being able to look out directly to the resort. I loved the fact that there was an elevator from the parking garage to the condo, and there were even grocery carts and luggage carts available to help you get things to the condo. It was truly one of the best ski experiences we've ever had and would definitely stay there again. The photos of the condo are good, but it is really even nicer than the pictures convey. The owners were very responsive to any of our questions and they made sure everything we needed for a hassle-free experience was made available to us. We were there with our 2 teenage children and our adult son and his girlfriend. Absolutely more than enough room for everyone and just a great time.

Cancellation policy:

Thank you for booking with us. We look forward to sharing our Park City Condo with you. Please read our policies below carefully. Thank you. We require 50% of the booking fee at the time of the rental. We have a "NO REFUND" Policy. If you cancel prior to paying the final amount of the booking, then we will not refund the first portion of payment. We will do our best to book the dates that you cancelled, and if we are able to rebook, then we would refund the amount of the first payment minus 10%. There is no smoking allowed in the Condo. If we detect smoke you will be charged for cleaning out the smell. There are NO animals allowed in the condo. We have guests who are sensitive and allergic to animals. We do not allow them. You will be staying at our condo with the following address: Snowflower Condominiums 401 Silver King Drive Park City, UT 84060 You will receive the condo number and directions on how to access the condo after your booking. We will give you your own personal code to access the condo and one parking pass will be waiting for you on the dining table. There is no need for a traditional check-in process at the front lobby. You can now head straight to the condo upon your arrival and get settled even sooner than ever before. Inside the condo you'll find individual electronic key cards for the door to the ski resort/fitness center/pool & Jacuzzi. Make sure you replace the lanyards and key cards once you leave. Once you arrive, drive to the underground parking of Building #4 or tell the driver that you are staying in building #4. The best way to get your luggage and ski equipment up to the room is to drive into the underground parking of building #4. Next to the elevator you'll find luggage carts which you can use to take your things to the second floor. The condo is just a short walk down the hall from the elevator. The condo will be ready upon your arrival and will be cleaned once you depart but there is no mid-week cleaning. You’ll find additional waste bags underneath the kitchen sink if the garbage cans in the condo get too full. You can take the full bags of garbage to the dumpsters in the basement just behind the elevators. Once your stay at the condo is over, please send us an email and let us know about your experience.
