An exclusive custom designed architectural gem consisting of 5 BR 5.5 BA with office en-suite on Master level. You will be spiritually charged as you enter past a Koi pond with serene fountain and sculpture garden. Once inside, a custom fabricated stairway leads up to the main floor space with floor to ceiling glass wall overlooking open water views of Boca Ciega Bay. Take deep breaths an feel right at home.

Why the Owner Chose St. Petersburg
As this home has been our primary residence for the past 12 years, we chose the area because it is a great place to raise children and there are wonderful beaches, restaurants, attractions, etc. It is within close proximity to Orlando and Tampa theme parks, there are professional team sports, and great fishing and watersports.

Giorgio and Lisa Bertrand are entrepeneurs with a love of modern art and architecture and it refelects in the design of our waterfront home in St.Petersburg, Florida. We also enjoy world travel and experiencing diverse cultures, especially their cuisines and wines! We have three college students and one baby granddaughter! When we are not at home in St. Petersburg, we are usually in our other modern home in Water Island, USVI, or travelling to Argentina, Costa Rica, or Europe.
