The very exclusive NEW beach front Condominiums at Molino De Agua are the most premium luxury living units in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Located on the Los Muertos Beach and bordering the River Cuale, these condos are the most desirable location in Old Town/Romantica Zone and all of Puerto Vallarta. This is a gated community with 24 hour security. Underground secure parking is provided on the first level. Access to each unit is provided by semi-private elevators and lobby areas. Numerous restaurants, shopping, beaches, and the Malacon are just steps away in every direction. There is a convenience store across the street and a great grocery store only 1 1/2 blocks away. The pool at Molino De Agua is like no other. Surrounded by lush landscaping and a private beach area, and many lounge chairs, the heated infinity pool has a swim up bar and an island of landscaping. Adjacent to the pool is a private palapa for entertaining and relaxation and lush landscaping, fountains and hammocks for relaxation.
This unit is incredibly spacious with over 3200 square feet of living. The entire unit is air conditioned with dehumidifier and separate controls in each room. This unit is on the fifth floor, above the trees for outstanding views of the beach, river and ocean and the city. Views of Old Town and the surrounding mountains from the decks of each bedroom are fantastic. It also has a very private atmosphere.
The open kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including convection oven, microwave, gas range, garbage disposal, refrigerator with filtered ice maker and water, coffeemaker, granite counters with all utensils and modern conveniences. Purified drinking water flows from all the faucets in the unit. The floor plan includes 2 master suites each with king beds and pillow top mattresses. The third bedroom has a pillow top queen bed. The master bath includes a large walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub and large closet. The spacious balconies from both the living and dining rooms offer the finest in outdoor living. The entire window wall from each room opens completely to the outdoors. Also included, is a stainless steel gas BBQ grill. The living area includes a large screen HD television, surround sound stereo, CD & DVD players. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD player in the master bedroom. Also included, is high speed "Wi-Fi" wireless internet with security throughout the unit.
This condo is fully furnished with all deluxe beds, linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen appliances and utensils for service up to eight people. You will be greeted by our manager and introduced to the property when you arrive. Maid service will be provided twice weekly. Concierge service can provide information on restaurants, shopping, groceries, massages, taxis and car rentals nearby.

We have always loved the downtown area because of it's real Mexican flavor! We can walk to everything -- restaurants, the markets, shops, and the beach!!!!!! We feel very safe in the heart of Old Town. The people are friendly and helpful.
