The home features roughly 2700 square feet and about 800 sq feet of decks. NOTE: We are now donating our rental income to charity through Geronimo dot com. Top floor features an observation room with wet bar and TV/entertainmnet area that leads to a large covered party deck where you can relax and take in the views of Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach and the gulf. The top floor also has a bunk room and full bath. The bunk room sleeps four kids with plenty of room to play. Beautifully upgraded and fully-equipped kitchen, large living area, televisions in every bedroom, wet bar and entertainment area.
