Villas Mirasol is a brand new small luxury development with only 3 units. The unit offered for rent is owned by the developer of the project who designed and built it for his own family, and included all the luxury amenities they require. The unit is over 2,400 square feet with two balconies. White marble floors throughout and high quality wood cabinets and closets complement a full luxury kitchen with a gas stove.
The Three bedrooms each have a private bathroom with a shower, and there is a powder room in the hall. The master bedroom has a very large bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are televisions in the living area and in the master bedroom. All furnishings are of the highest quality and is designed for comfort.
Villas Mirasol is on Calle 44 North, which is a 10 minute walk into the center of town, but there are dozens of restaurants 5 minutes away. Coco Beach is a 1 1/2 block walk, and 10 minutes further to the Mamitas Beach Club.
At the ground level, there is a private pool and a Jacuzzi spa. The roof deck has a gas fired BBQ, couches and another Jacuzzi spa. Wireless internet is available for a small extra fee. There is no condominium in Playa del Carmen with more space, comfort and amenities.

I am a semi-retired businessman living outside of Philadelphia. I decided to take my chances and built this small 3 unit condominium in Playa del Carmen. I keep one for myself and the rest are for sale.
Why the Owner Chose Villas de Mirasol
I spent 10 years looking at different countries and different cities to find my "place in the sun". My finalists were France, Malta and Mexico, but Mexico was the easiest to get to and Playa del Carmen was the best town. It had all the amenities (stores, hospitals, roads, airport) and caribbean warm green water and beautiful beaches. Lots of interesting international visitors made this an interesting and vibrant destination.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
My condo is virtually private, as the other two units are currently empty and for sale. It is beautiful, with 3 1/2 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It has internet service and televisions and is unusually spacious (2,400 square feet) and decorator furnished. There is a jacuzzi at the garden pool and a jacuzzi and BBQ on the roof. The best beach in Playa is 2 blocks away, and restaurants and stores a couple of blocks away. The area is quiet and the town a short walk.

I have traveled to the Yucatan many times and stayed in many places there. This the first time we stayed in a rented condo over an all inclusive resort. It was a really good choice. We stayed with two other couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is near many fine restaurants and but a short walk to the main shopping areas. I liked to walk one way on the beach and then back on the street. After the first time I learned where I wanted to dine and where the good stores were. Thanks to the owner I got some tips on out of the way and inexpensive places to eat. They were so much better than the all inclusive s because you get to really met the people that live and work there. My wife and I felt totally safe walking the streets late into the night. Speaking of nights we found some really good music and dancing in places very close by. I would have to say the location is ideal.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
