Large open family room with Beach views from three sides. Updated in 2008! The beach is on the Peconic Bay, where the water is calm and perfect for swimming and fishing.
Enjoy a day on the beach.......a day at the Aquarium or Water Park and then relax on the beach.....or even pick up some wine at local vineyards and stop by the Love Lane Village Cheese Shop and treat yourself to wine and cheese while sitting on the beach. We do ask that rules within our community are respected - fires on the beach are not permitted.
This house is in the middle of the North Folk wine district, an area that has many restaurants and shops.
