  We had such a terrific time on our first visit to Puerto Vallarta and staying here was a big part of it. It is a lovely condo, even larger than the photos and as you can see, beautifully decorated and always with that fabulous view to beckon you to the terrace. Bob was always quick to respond to any questions and his agent in PV, Alecia, was wonderful. We were there for three weeks and did so much exploring on the buses to Mismaloya to visit the fantastic zoo and botanical gardens and to Boca for the water taxi to Yelapa and also to hike to a superb restaurant, Ocean Grill, then hike on to Las Animas. We also enjoyed the events (shows, movies, yoga, markets) at the nearby Paradise Community Center. The food everywhere was excellent from beachside snacks to fine meals at La Palapa and Bistro Teresa and breakfast and lunch at Salud. Also enjoyed the walk from condo over to Conchas Chinas for lunch and to hang out. The condos location was perfect for us. We hope to return to PV and would stay here again if our legs hold up. We counted and it is 136 steps (stairs and ramps) from the street to the gate on the condo's floor.

  Beaitifully equipped unit with exceptional view. Owner was timely and followed through with all details promptly. On site staff was very cordial and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and would gladly return again to stay much longer.

  Been to PV now five times in eight years and The Romantic Zone is the only place to stay in PV and this property puts you right there. This is our time second rental of this property and it’s the best we have found. The condo has a great view from the living room and deck or even a better one up on the pool level deck and mostly had the pool to ourselves. We watched a large female humpback and pup breaching one afternoon on this trip. Many great choices and options for dining out from upscale and on the beach to just eating at a taco stands. The beach is just across the street. The condo is well equipment for cooking if your so incline and very comfortable to hang out.

  We have spent a week at Vallarta Puesta Del Sol for the past 3 years. This condo has it all. It is beautifully renovated, well equipped, clean, quiet and includes WIFI. The ocean view from the terrace is amazing. The kitchen is perfect for enjoying a home cooked meal, or there are many great restaurants nearby. The location is the best feature with everything within walking distance. The Blue Chairs and the beach is a little over a block away. You can get all the supplies you need including the best salsa and guacamole in the world at the supermarket down the street. The clubs are less than a mile away. And there is small, but well equiped gym you can walk to at Casa Cupala. We have checked out several other condos while in PV, but none compare to this one. We will be back again next year.

  We just returned from our second visit to Bob's lovely condo in Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations are perfect for two people. We love to cook, and the remodeled kitchen provides us with an opportunity to create authentic meals while gazing out over the beautiful Banderas Bay. We spent hours on the relaxing deck in the early morning as well as in the evening watching the breathtaking sunsets. The location of the condo is outstanding. We walked to the local markets, restaurants, and the beach. Not only has Bob shared his lovely home in Paradise with us, but he has also made an effort to communicate regularly to insure that our stay was unforgettable. We cannot wait to return next year and make more lifetime memories!

  My wife and I spent a week at Puesta De Sol in January 2010 and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was exactly as described on VRBO (newly renovated, great views, very clean, WIFI, etc.) and suited our needs very well. The location is very good being in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and stores including a small grocery store which had a surprising variety of food including home-made guacamole and Mexican salsa. The information we received from the owner, Bob before we arrived was very helpful. He warned us that reaching the condo by foot required climbing several flights of stairs so we were prepared for that and, sometimes, we took taxis which were cheap and plentiful.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  We have been staying in this beautifull condo the first two weeks of november and the place is great! It is well located near the restaurants and bars and it takes 5 minutes to go the beach. What has pleased us is the fact that the condo itself is beautifull - very good renovations. The pictures are really accurate. Also the view from the terrace is incredible, every nigth we have been watching the sunset from "our private terrace" - this is really good feeling! Overall, we were very happy with our choice and we do recommended this condo to everybody. Thanks Robert for a great place!

  Just wanted to take a minute and thank you for opening up your beautiful condo in Puerto Vallarta for us last week for my wife and me. It was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and we had a great time. We had a large group from Wisconsin down to the Barsis Del Mar. All the people on either side of us were are friends from Wisconsin and we by far had the nicest unit. Everyone was jealous. The UV water filtration system was another big hit. I was surprised that the other units did not have one. We used one AC at night to cool the place down then shut it down. Place stayed comfortable all day. Just can’t say enough about the place. If anyone needs a referral just let me know. My wife is particular and if she was pleased anyone would be. We are hoping to come back again and hope that your unit will be available.
