Great condo, perfect location

Our stay at this condo could only be described as perfect! The unit is exactly as advertised and very well equipped. The management company was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this unit to anyone travelling with our without kids. Thanks very much to the owners for letting us enjoy your paradise retreat.

Wonderful Location for Great Condo

A conveniently located well laid out condo. The ability to walk to both Queen and Kings shops as well as "A" beach is a real plus. It is enjoyable to watch the sunrise over Mauna Kea followed soon thereafter by early golfers playing the entire first hole while eating breakfast on the lanai. A car enhanced the experience as it allowed us to explore other areas, beaches, stores and sites. We do not hesitate to recommend this unit to others.

We recently returned from an around-the-island week-long vacation on the Big Island. We spent three nights at this beautiful property. The condo looks just like the photos show -- gorgeous. We really appreciated the covered parking, and the elevator to bring our luggage and groceries up and down. Although we don't play golf, it was fun watching the golfers while sitting on the lanai. We enjoyed the pool and spa on the property, and the condo even came stocked with some basic beach toys for our use. Shopping and dining at Kings and Queens Villages were within easy walking distance, as was play time at A-Bay beach. We would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay - great customer service

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It's just as pictured, and very well-located to reach all the fun activities on the island. It was wonderfully having the A Bay beach so close, and the Kings and Queens shops so near at hand. We also appreciated the elevator, which made it much more convenient moving our things in & out. We especially wanted to pass along our thanks to your property management company. We were there when the tsunami warnings came through following the Japan earthquake. Anna from Alridge Associates phoned us up, and let us stay the night in another of their condos on higher ground in Waikoloa Village. This really took a load off our minds! Great condo, great customer service -- highly recommended.

Beautiful Condo

What a beautiful condo! After an initial glitch of the door being locked and not being able to get in when I arrived, everything went very smoothly. The location is perfect. Right behind the King's Shops and a short walk to A-Bay. I stocked up on breakfast/lunch supplies the first day at Costco, and was set for my 10 day stay. The complex is lovely and quiet. The condo, itself, is perfectly located near the pool and fitness center. It is set far enough back that there is privacy. It was fun to sit on the balcony and watch the golfers. Some were good and some were not so good. It was an enjoyable way to eat breakfast each day. To those of you who can't leave home without your laptops, the internet connection was very fast. On the two windy days of my stay, I went horseback riding. I highly recommend riding in the Waipio Valley. Also, if you are a birder, Hawaii Forest and Trail does a bang up job taking you birding. They have all day adventures that are truly fantastic. I have been to the Big Island numerous times and I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely, modern condo.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. The unit was located in a beautiful development, looked exactly as the photos described, and was very conventiently located near shops, restaurants, and the beach. I highly recommend staying here :) We had an awesome time and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. The condo was just as descibed and very clean. Nice views of sunrise. My two teenagers loved the place. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Would definitly stay here again.
