Our home is located on a wooded 1/2 acre lot, on a quiet road within the Holiday Pocono development. The Holiday Pocono development is a quiet, wooded community with tons to offer. The community boasts 2 lakes! The closer lake is the stocked fishing lake with a picnic pavilion. The larger lake is the swimming lake with a beach, playground, horseshoe pit, and picnic pavilion. And, only one block from our home is a gorgeous playground!
Enjoy watching all of natures wonders from any of our 4 decks! Watch the deer, watch the snow fall, or just listen to the quiet serenity of the Poconos! And, the kids will love playing in the snow in the back yard!
Our home was constructed in 2007 and has been furnished with new and gently used furniture and accessories. We provide blankets/comforters, sheets, pillows, handtowels, hand soap, papertowels, and toilet tissue. Our home also has a fully equipped kitchen.
The house has plenty of TVs! Each bedroom has a TV w/ Cable and a DVD player or a VCR. The living room and kitchen also have TVs with cable.

First Floor: Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with TV, DVD, VCR, fireplace, foosball table. Powder room. Covered front porch. Private back deck. 1st Floor master suite with queen size bed, full bathroom with tub/shower.
Second Floor: Front bedroom with 4 twin beds (2 daybeds and 2 trundle/pullout beds), TV with VCR, and a covered deck. Back bedroom: full size bed, twin pull out bed, futon sofa bed, TV with DVD, and a private balcony. Second floor bedrooms share a hall bath with tub/shower.

Payment in full is due 30 days prior to occupancy date.
Both Rental Fee and Security Deposit are due IN FULL on reservations made less
than 30 days prior to occupancy date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Chris & Nina started building this home a few years ago when they fell in love with the secluded and wooded lot. In January 2007, they started construction with a local builder. When the home was completed in December 2007, it was the best Christmas present they ever could have asked for!
