This is a shingle style classic Maine cottage sitting high above the crashing surf of the open Atlantic Ocean. Located just one mile from the village of New Harbor this cottage is well placed to take advantage of all location activities. The large property offers sweeping views of the New Harbor dry ledges which are home to many sea birds, and views of Monhegan Island and is very private.
The spacious sunroom becomes the heart of this home in the summer time, with windows that open to the water. The central portion of the house contains the cooler weather living area, roomy kitchen, and master bedroom with bath and king bed. A second bedroom and bath is below the deck with a queen bed and the cabin offers two twin beds and bath both just steps away from the kitchen door.
The cabin is ideal for kids or older parents. This property is well equipped and comfortable. Pets welcome but will require an additional security deposit.
