Welcome to our unit at the Fairway Villas on the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort. Our professionally decorated unit is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. We have all the comforts of home, from the fully equipped kitchen to the washer/dryer and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher and microwave. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bathroom with a sunken tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, closet and a full bathroom. The unit overlooks the golf course and King’s shops.
The unit is conveniently located steps from the infinity pool, spa, fitness center and BBQ area. A short walk away is the King’s and Queen’s shops which boasts shopping, restaurants, and a gourmet food store. The beach is across the street and can be accessed through the Marriott Resort. There is also a short hiking path along the golf course and among the petroglyphs. Surrounding Waikoloa Beach are also world class golf courses, hotels, a variety of activities and beautiful sunsets.

Great location. It was great to take a short walk to the A Beach or shops during the day and come back and relax by the pool and bbq--both were just a few steps away. There were fins and snorkel equipment in the unit to use which was a nice bonus. The place was cleaner and bigger then expected and overlooked the golf course. I was especially impressed with the kitchen, didn't expect granite counter tops on vacation! It really gave us a reason to go to the local farmer market a few times when we wanted to feel at home. Will definitely be back in the future as it was an excellent value!!
