Very clean and nicely decorated property in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants, and a market. Also very close to many beaches. Was very pleased to find that they had their own washer/dryer and was even more pleased to find the beach toys and supplies in one of the guest closets which came in real handy. Overall it was a great property and we all really enjoyed our stay there.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

It has been a year since we stayed, but wanted to put in a good word about how nicely situated this property was. The condo is very tastefully decorated and clean, we found it very comfortable and spacious. Great kitchen! Although not golfers it was nice to look out over the course and ponds. There was a shopping area about a five minute walk away- we did not do the shops but bought some food. Another plus was the easy walk of about 10 minutes to the beach. Nice not to have to drive everywhere, and by heading south along the beach found relatively secluded areas. Snorkeled by accident through some rather large turtles there. Grilling area was nearby, which I took advantage of. The only negative thing was the air coolers are (probably out of necessity as was common with all units) are situated on the back porch and quite noisy- that being the neighbors as we had the screen doors and windows to allow for the ocean air to come in and also dined out on the lanai. It was an easy short drive to other nearby excellent beaches. We would enjoy staying here again.

Wonderful location within walking distance to great shops, restaurants and a grocery store! The condo itself is well maintained, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable with nice breezes! The pool and jacuzzi were a great place to relax and not too crowded. The BBQ's were great for preparing meals along with a well supplied kitchen. It was an easy walk to the A bay and an easy drive to beautiful beaches. There is snorkel and beach equipment to use which was a wonderful bonus. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. If interested, downtown Kona is not too far, and the volcano is a beautiful 3 hour drive each way (not bad if you stay 1 night in Volcano).

I have stayed in several places in Waikoloa, and this has been the best. It is well located close to the shopping areas and seems to be the most central accommodation to the whole area. The apartment itself was more than I expected, and it was a great place to be based for our stay on the Big Island. The only thing I can think of that was a little frustrating was the pool/spa area was popular the night we wanted to hang out there and crowded, but throughout the rest of the week that didn't seem to be the case. The owners were also very pleasant to deal with when organising our stay.

Three words, Location Location Location. I've stayed here over the holidays and found this place to be central to all the places we wanted to be. It was a quick walk to the king and queen shops where we did all our shopping for the BBQ. I've stayed at a couple of different rentals over the years, when we visit Hawaii and found this place to be the best. It was clean, quiet, and had great decor. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great location. It was great to take a short walk to the A Beach or shops during the day and come back and relax by the pool and bbq--both were just a few steps away. There were fins and snorkel equipment in the unit to use which was a nice bonus. The place was cleaner and bigger then expected and overlooked the golf course. I was especially impressed with the kitchen, didn't expect granite counter tops on vacation! It really gave us a reason to go to the local farmer market a few times when we wanted to feel at home. Will definitely be back in the future as it was an excellent value!!
