Located on Maui's sunny south shore (only 25 minutes from the airport), the apartment is in building 1 (3rd floor) of the Maui Vista Resort Condominium. Maui Vista is comprised of 3 low rise buildings (4 stories each) situated on 10 acres of lush tropical landscaping.

Our building is directly across from Kamaole I, a world class beach that affords wonderful year around swimming, snorkeling, and just laid back relaxing. Wailea, the home of world class resorts is only minutes away from the apartment as are several golf courses. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. There is ample free on site parking. We use the apartment and maintain it with pride.

The apartment is NON SMOKING and pets are not allowed.

It was nice to have air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, We sat out a lot on the lanai it was so cool to just sit there and listen to all the different sounds and have the clean air, Thank you very much for your letting us use your condo, It was awesome, I will keep you on my email list for next year, ) Beth
