Set in the glorious Loire Valley and close to historic Saumur and the magnificent Abbey at Fontevraud, we offer a super location for exploring the regions of Anjou and Touraine. At 'La Charpenterie', we can accommodate our guests in superb comfort, there are no children around to spoil your perfect day. Our purpose designed home was built without compromise with high levels of insulation and heating for Spring and Autumn breaks. There is a shared washing machine available in the garage
Our leisure facilities include:-
• 15m swimming pool - heated to at least 26°C, May to 1st October
• Hot-tub Jacuzzi - heated to 37.5°C throughout the season
• The Pool House has two sunbeds, parasol, outdoor table & chairs and BBQ
• His & Hers bicycles plus a Tandem - Try cycling through the vineyard for your baguette in the morning - it will taste even better
There are 1½ acres of grounds and so there is plenty of space to be on your own, or to enjoy the company of others who also appreciate the many pleasures of France.

• La Charpenterie is WiFi enabled allowing you to keep in touch with the office and friends if your laptop has 802.11b/g connectivity, or can accept our WiFi card.

• Dining room with glass-topped table and six leather chairs
• Luxury fitted kitchen with granite worktops including dishwasher, full height fridge freezer in addition to Hob, oven and microwave / grill
• Bedroom with the option of Super King-size, or twin bed(s) arrangement & fitted double wardrobes.
• Deluxe bathroom with walk-in multi-jet shower and marble topped "His & Hers" basins. Hair drier.
• Electric window shutters; keep it cool when its hot and warm when its not. Also provide security and act as curtains.
• Two luxury bathrobes and slippers provided for the use of our guests
• Two sun-loungers and al-fresco dining table for 4 on the front terrace
• Additional terrace and dining table with BBQ, to the rear of the house for evening dining.
• Bathroom towels and linen included in weekly price.
