2 Charming floor thru apartments in a turn of the century townhouse. #2 Sleeps 2..Loaded with detail, windows facing East allowing for plenty of light, equipped kitchen, lovely bedroom, tiled, windowed kitchen, high ceilings and hardwood floors and decorative fireplace. The location is wonderfully convenient, one block to Central Park, 2 blocks to subway, walking distance to Columbia University with easy access to all NYC cultural and tourist attractions. Walking is easy, public transportation and taxis offer plenty of options for mobility.
The building is situated on a quiet, tree lined residential street in a Historically Designated neighborhood. The current long term tenants in the 3 other apartments are professional academics affiliated with Columbia University. The setting is peaceful, private and relaxing. There is NO SMOKING allowed in the building and there are no pets permitted. We are looking for visitors who respect and desire a quiet and peaceful environment for their temporary stay in New York.
