Luxury Waterfront Home, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bath, large open Living Room and Dining Room, recently renovated Kitchen with granite countertops. Located on Venetian Isle, about 10 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, close to shopping, theater, entertainment, sports venues and interstate highways.
Clean, comfortable luxury home updated November 2008, it has a master suite with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with king size bed and 3rd bedroom with two twin beds.
Large, open living area features a new 52' flatscreen and Blueray DVD. Kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The lift on the dock is available for use with your boat. We are a short ride from open Tampa Bay.

14-04-2010 Me and my family spend a week in this wonderful house. Everything was clean and nice and I have nothing to complain about... The owner was kind and very helpful an I can only recommend this to all who's looking for a great place to stay for vacation...Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

All aspects of this rental were superb. The home is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The owners are friendly and provide wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
