  Beautiful home in a wonderful location. Convenient to all - beach, shops, restaurants. Having a pool was a great plus with children - especially on overcast day when you don't feel like hitting the beach. Arcade game and pool table in the basement was also a big hit. Would highly recommend this home and would stay there again!

  Everything about this house is perfect. We spent the whole month of July there and it was absolutely wonderful! We were two families plus many visitors with children aged 2 to 11 years old. There was room for everyone, inside and out. The pool was probably the best part for us. The shallow area was perfect for the little ones, and the deeper end was just right for the bigger kids, who could still stand there. NJ in July is insanely hot and we would just sit for hours in that pool! We went to the beach only for the change of scenery... The location is great, the house is surrounded by other family homes, not share houses. It's on a main street but it was never loud or overly busy - even on Saturdays. Just a short walk to the beach (where there is also a playground!), and a short walk to town. Great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We walked to the ice cream parlor almost every night after dinner. Great for bike-riding too, from Sea Girt to Asbury Park. This was the perfect beach vacation.

  This the second year that we rented the house from Irene. The house is unbelievable from the architectural point of view. Every single detail was though out of, the temperature and volume controls in every room, retractable awnings outside, the pool-everything shows great taste and style. The pool, the backyard and everything in the house is extremely well-maintained. Irene is an amazing person and we look forward going back every year. Its a wonderful vacation home if you have kids, the pool has a shallow area for the kids and Irene gives the most fantastic recommendations in town, she knows the best places for dining and shopping. The house is only 2 blocks from the great Belmar beach (which is pristine and has a playground for the kids) and Irene gives you 6 beach tags with the rental. This house is for you if you are looking for the ultimate luxury and relaxation, it doesnt get any better than that.

  We just got back from a week at this beautiful, comfortable home. We couldn't have asked for more from a vacation house -- plenty of space, a gorgeous and well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, a finished basement with pool table for our teenagers and an outside area and pool that is like a 5 star resort. The master bedroom and bath are a real bonus. Upon arrival, we found an immaculately clean and well appointed house that seemed brand new to us even though Irene,the owner, has lived there for several years. We were supplied with 6 beach badges (most Jersey rentals supply you with 2 badges if any!), a big packet of restaurant and activity suggestions and a map of the area. Irene made move-in and move-out really easy and made us feel welcome in her home. She is a pleasure to deal with. We were an easy walk to the Belmar beach which is great. The boardwalk is ideal for a walk/run and there are plenty of snack places for the kids. We were also an easy walk to Main Street in Belmar where there are plenty of restaurants and stores -- you can find anything you need within a few minutes of the house. All in all, one of our best vacations and definitely our best rental ever. We'll be back next year.

  My family and I rented the house last week and it was so much more than we ever expected. Kay, the owner, was such an pleasure to deal with, a true gem. The kids had so much fun with the pool, the beach, the downstairs game room, the gym. THe house is meticulously maintained and everything is at your finger tips with the push of a button, literally!! The garage door that leads out to the patio, to the electric awnings to the entire house wired so nicely for music. The beach is just a block and a half away and in the perfect location, public restrooms right at the boardwalk. The house is conveniently located near any thing you might need. The kitchen is like something out of a gourmet restaurant!! Kay really created an oasis. I have never rented somewhere like this before.and will be returning year after year!!!!!

  We just spent a week here and loved it-- the outdoor area in the back is spectacular, particularly at night, and the pool gave us a nice alternative to the beach, which is just a short walk. The playroom in the basement is a perfect hang out for both kids and adults. Every room is well-appointed-- the owner took no short-cuts in creating a high-tech, comfortable get away.

  We had an amazing weeks stay in this lovely home. It was all we could hope for and more. The space is very accommodating for a large family and the amenities are spectacular. We especially enjoyed the pool and the front porch. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was an added plus. I would rent this house again – it was worth every penny!!

  We had a wonderful 3 generation week at this beach and Irene's house accommodated us all comfortably. With WIFI, the pool, a large entertainment area right off the kitchen we hardly needed to go to the beach at all. The beach though was wonderful too, though. Well maintained, soft white sand and the water was actually warm enough to enjoy even in June. The town of Belmar provided us with some great meals. There was a wonderful new italian restaurant within walking distance and a pizzaria with fresh from the oven pizzas made to order. We rented bikes and enjoyed early morning and late evening rides on the boardwalk or around the lake. Thoroughly enjoyable!

  This house is a haven! The house is beyond beautiful,and the pictures don't do it justice. It is so close to the beach, has plenty of space, and an amazing pool to come home too! It has top of the line features, yet it felt so comfortable. My whole family loved our stay - we were so sad to leave - and look forward to returning next summer.
