Our lovely 4 bedroom plus loft contemporary home is located in the very desirable Towamensing Trails in Albrightsvill Poconos, a private development located in the heart of Poconos.
We are just 5 minutes driving to Big Boulder, Jack Frost ski slopes and Split Rock Resort. Split Rock has a movie theatre, bowling, golfing and an INDOOR WATER PARK. Hickory Run State Park and Pocono Raceway is a short drive away. We are 10 minutes from world-class skirmish, white water rafting, and mountain biking, 30 minutes fomr Camelback (Skiing and Water Park), one-half hour from The Crossing (shopping outlets) and Mount Airy Casino.
The house is just STEPS away from the 190 acre lake with a sandy beach, pool, and club house (with bar, lounge, restaurant, heated outdoor pool, kiddy pool, indoor game room with pool table, air hockey and assorted arcade games). Tennis, basketball, volleyball courts and playground are close by.
Nicely furnished with stone (wood burning) fireplace, cathedral ceilings thru out, skylights, fully equipped kitchen, one 52 inch TV with Karoke, DVD, CD and Wii in the loft, one 27 inch TV with Play Station 2 in the living room. We have cable with over 70 channels. Spacious deck with 6 person hot tub and big gas grill, second story deck off the main bedroom. We have desktop computer connected to broadband internet, as well as the wireless internet access for your own laptop.
1 queen size bed in one bedroom and 1 twin, 1 trundle bed in the other bedroom on first floor. 1 queen size bed in each of the two bedrooms on 2nd floor. 1 sofa bed in loft on 2nd floor. 2 full baths, one downstairs and one upstairs. Patio room with beautiful view to the deer and other wildlife that come to the large grassy backyard.

You have to supply your own linens and towels.
We require a $250 refundable security deposit, which we will return within 3 weeks of your leave.
This is a NON SMOKING, NO PET HOUSE.

Friends and I spent 3 nights in the house at Dec. 26, 2010, with wonderful stay. It locates at very quite place, at least 4 car park spots and 10 minutes drive to Big Boulder and Camelback. The huge sunroom, chairs and table, really bring you more fun and relax, particularly at winter time. The rooms are clean and neat. The bed is comfortable. One thing I would like to mention is that the each room has its own temperature control. Meanwhile, the staff is helpful. One little complaint is that you need money plus key to access the house. It is really worth of the price, and I would definitely come back.

My family had the 2010 winter break here again and we had a wonderful time. We were there for skiing. The house was beautiful when it was covered by snow. And it is very easy to access. We reached the house by GPS without any problem. We were there the day after the huge winter snowstorm. All the roads were cleaned up without any problem for vehicles. And our T-mobile cell phones have strong signal there too. The house is very neat and cozy. There are BBQ grill and patio set on the deck. The huge hot tub really relaxes you after one day skiing. The high speed wireless internet access is a plus. What impressed me is that there are separate temperature controls in each bedroom. It is very convenient for group people who have different preferences for room temperature. I recommend it. Betty is great as well.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

This is my second time to stay in this beautiful house and I love it. The house is very clean and well maintained by owner. Kids loved the Wii and PS2 games, huge TV and computer with internet. Adults enjoyed the huge hot tub and beautiful sunroom. You will never feel bored to stay in this house. The beds are comfortable and each room has its own temperature adjustment. The location is the best feature that I love. You may find a restaurant and club house with a few minutes walk, a few minutes drive will be the skii area and split rock resort. The owner is very helpful in answering my questions.

My family and i stayed there Thanksgiving of 09 and we had a wonderful time the best part was the hot tub.This is a beautiful home and with my party of 5 the house was so huge that we didn,t even used the two rooms dowstairs. My family and I spent a weekend here in December and we loved it! The 4 bedrooms were nicely furnished and cozy. Nice fire place in the living room and central heating throughout the whole house kept us warm for the nights. We were here for skiing: the ski resort was less than 5 minutes away by car. When we got back, we spent some time watching movies and playing the Wii on the upstairs TV. Overall, a suitable vacation home, especially for a winter family vacation!

Our family has enjoyed this lovely and cozy house twice. It is perfect for a relax vacation. The house is very clean and fully equipped with large TV, Wii, computer, and lots of games. This house is close to everything, skiing, rafting, biking, and indoor water park. And it is even very close to an outlet shopping mall. A lovely and inviting club house is just within a walk distance. The large hot tub in backyard is wonderful. It really relaxes you after a whole day skiing or biking. And I was told that the owner always has the hot tub water changed after every rent. It is amazing. Highly recommended.

The property is located in the heart of Pocono Mountains. It is closed to golfing, water park, skiing, shopping, skirmish paintball and water rafting.. The home is very clean. We all enjoyed the hot tub and truly loved our vacation staying here.

Our family wnet with a few friends for spring break and had a great time! The house is very cozy and clean. The location is central to anywhere you could want to go. We spent our days in the indoor water park, shopping, biking, and hiking. In the evening,we relaxed by the fire, listened to the music, sang Karaoke and soaked in the hot tub. We definitely will come back again.

Last weekend, our family and friends stayed in this house, and everyone had a great time. We went for ski and snow tube slide, which is only three mile away. We and kids really love the snow tube since most of us don't know how to ski and just want to have some fun. Our kids also like to play games at nearby club house ( in walking distance). At the end of day, we enjoyed some relaxation time in the hot whirlpool, and kids went on playing some more Wii game. It was just a perfect place for vacation. We certainly wish to come back agin when the Spring is here....:D)

Our family just spent the Christmas there. It's a nice house close to everything. A nearby club house was within walking distance, a few minutes drive to the ski area and other resorts. Kids loved the the game downsdairs while adults enjoyed the karaoke upstairs. A beautiful sunroom next to the dinning area made breakfast full of sunshine and pleasure. An open kitchen had everything I needed. I love this house. I will definitely be back next year.
