We just finished our 3rd stay in this condo, and we love it!!! We keep coming back to this particular unit because of it's nice open floor plan. We have been inside of several other units in this property and a few in other properties, and none compare to the open feeling of this unit. It is also on the less windy side of the building, which makes the lanai very comfortable. The central location of the property makes it very easy to get anywhere on the island in a short amount of time. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to our next stay!!!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

2/11/12-2/18/12 Just spent a week in paradise and can't wait to come back. The condo was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Definitely would stay at again. The location is great for those on the go to different cities and beaches. Clean and quiet. Loved the lanai and just like the others before us we spent a lot of time on it. The extra amenities made it better than any stay in a motel. Laundry room onsite (laundry soap provided) and full kitchen were a must have. Unexpected was the masks and snorkles and the 3 body boards. Plenty of towels too. The kitchen is well stocked with salt, pepper, cooking oils, spices, coffee filters and other basic kitchen items. We experienced a great week in a great condo unit and would recommend this unit to anyone.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We are back from our vacation in Maui. We had a great time, saw lots of sites on the island, enjoyed the Hawaiian culture. We loved the accommodation at your condo - the view of the ocean, the beautiful sky and the glorious weather. We used the patio for all our meals. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities required to make our stay a very pleasant one. The extras that were at the condo (beach chairs, surf boards, beach mats, etc.) were great additions that we had not expected. The lock door combination was invaluable - didn't need to worry about keys. Great idea. We would love to come back and will highly recommend your condo to our friends. Stayed 5/23-5/30/09 Thanks for the lovely stay in your unit at Village by the Sea. This condo has everything we needed. Two things however to be improved: the bed mattress is too soft, so much that I had to put it on the floor. And why not include common grocery items, such as salt and ppper, oil, vinegar, sugar etc. p.s. the bbq's are great and the pool and the hot tub. p.p.s. the umbrella is still broken. action by owner: the unit now how two functioning beach umbrellas the bed mattress has been replaced and new bedding added at 9/25/09

Stayed 5/12-5/19/09 Rob, We had an excellent stay here at the condo. You had eveything we could need and the location was great. We recommend to all guests to drive to Hana. The scenery and waterfalls are incredible!

Stayed 9/3-9/17/08 What a fantastic place as the pictures we say from a friend did not do your place justice. Much nicer in person. We enjoyed the lanai and view of the ocean so much. Very close to everything we wanted to do or needed to get. With all brought no matter where we we go, a broom would have been handy to sweep the floors.We hope to come back again and your unit will be our 1st consideration. Kudos on the dsecorator. Excellent color selections. Very tropical. Nice!

Stayed 5/23-5/30/08 Rob, Your unit is fantastic. We were moved to this unit after being completely unhappy with another one in the building. This one was 100 x better than the other. We had a great week. We were going to try the beach umbrella but it is broken. Just letting you know. ;-) Action by owner: Unit now has 2 working beach umbrellas at 9/25/09

Location, Location, Location!!! This condo has it. Everything is a short easy drive away. It's great!! The whale watching from the Lanai with our binoculars is FANTASTIC! We took a whale watch cruise from the harbor and were disappointed because the action from our Lanai is so good. Thanks alot Rob! We're having a great time!

Fabulous property! My mom and I had the pleasure of staying here and had the time of our lives. The condo is in a great location, convenient to everything and is well stocked with whatever a person could want or need. The view is amazing and I highly recommend this condo!

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. The renovations turned out great! We certainly enjoyed the spaciousness of your one bedroom condo-liked he glass blocks and all the mirrors; large and small amenities make a big difference. In regards to the weather, it wasn't the best of our many trips to these islands-BUT, the rain(with all the mild temps)didn't slow us(from the rainy NW)down! We certainly enjoyed the nice stretch of beach to walk on and we walked walked down as far as the Start Market. NIce complex-people at the front desk and the little store were very friendly and helpful. Mahalo!
