Located on the West side of Torch Lake, Olive's Landing is a private home with 185' of lake frontage. The house has a great room with wood fireplace and a kitchen area with a breakfast bar. The three bedrooms are entered from the great room. Outside is a 425 sq. ft. deck with furniture. Spectacular views of Torch Lake change minute by minute.
For your enjoyment, the Landing has a 60' pier to lounge on or to tie your boat. There is a mooring buoy for overnight boat storage and a 2-person paddle boat. Other water toys are available at additional cost.
The lake is about 50' below the house across the terrace. Stairs down the bank lead directly to the dock. The lower terrace provides lots of room for lawn games or sunning. Relax on the deck or tour one of the nearby small towns.
