Tie YOUR boat up alongside the floating dock.
Just outside the front door is "The Loop" - Wrightsville's famous 2.4-mile paved walking/jogging trail encircling Harbor Island. You are also a short walk to the beach, fishing pier, arcade, local park, museum, restaurants and boutiques. Water skiing and jet ski area is within sight of the dock. Boat launching ramp and jet ski rental are nearby.

- This house has a wide-open "million dollar view" of Wrightsville Sound. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets visible from each level of the deck in the summer. Sitting in rocking chairs on the covered deck, looking out across the water, is incredibly peaceful. Have dinner on the deck as the sun sets. And the sound is a great playground. Fish from the dock, catch crabs in the trap, take the kayaks out to explore, or just watch the rise and fall of the tide through the day, and the occasional pair of porpoises swimming by the house. Bring your boat and explore, fish, ski or wakeboard right behind the house.

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation- four bedrooms on three levels. The views from the master bedroom/den/and decks were breathtaking. The deck was a great place to hang out on and enjoy fishing, flying kites, laying in the hammock and sitting in the rocking chairs. We even took out the kayaks, and caught crabs in the crab trap-- which was lots of fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Master bedroom includes a desk and a walk-in-closet that was plenty big enough for a pac-in-play for our toddler- creating a separate "bedroom" for her that was still close to us.

My extended family recently spent a wonderful five days at this home, which was extremely clean and beautifully decorated! The owners have done an amazing job making their home a place where you feel "at home". The day started with coffee on the deck, looking at the amazing water views and waving to paddleboarders and boaters passing by, and ended with long conversations until the wee hours of the morning talking in front of the fireplace. The bedrooms, which each have their own bathrooms, are placed far enough from each other to allow privacy for all, and waking up in the master bedroom every morning was a treat in itself. I can't wait to visit again! I would highly recommend this property to families looking to spend time reconnecting with each other, it's just perfect!

Our family enjoyed swimming from the dock in the crystal clear water. We brought our boat and it was convenient to step onto it and go off on an adventure. The house is in a great location to the beach, loop and restaurants. It's perfect for two families! The house has an open layout, four bedrooms and bathrooms and very clean. The owner was helpful and easy to work with. I have already recommended it to my friends and family!

Our family really enjoyed this house--from young to old, inside and outside. This is a very comfortable house in a terrific setting. We loved the enormous deck where we relaxed, caught crabs, watched the busy waterway and docked a couple boats. We all kayaked, walked the loop and strolled to the beach. This is a terrific setup--PERFECT for our family. The owner has the house in tip-top shape and was eager to make this a positive experience.

This was by far one of the best places we have rented. The house was only a 5 minute walk to the beach, it was on the water with an amazing view. Lots of fun to sit on the deck and watch the boats go by, and the dolphins!! We also had fun with the kayaks that came with the property, and fishing right off the dock. This was a great house for a family, it was clean and the owner was very helpful and prompt with questions. I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives.

My extended family from out of state, (siblings with their familes) rented this home for our wedding and had a great time! The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious. It is in a great location on the water. The owner is kind, and a man of integrity. I would highly recommend renting this home.

This is a great house for families. The layout was nice, 4 bathrooms meant each family had their own. The deck was a great place to hang out. Very peaceful. The couple of problems we had, the owner handled promptly. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the fabulous Wilmington area.
