Our small gated neighborhood on exclusive Casey Key, is comprised of just 7 homes on approximately 15 acres of bay-to-beach land. These homes share a private 25' wide walkway to a wide and unpopulated beach (no public access within a mile). The neighborhood also shares a private tennis court, and a fishing pier, which is located adjacent to our backyard.
Our house has an open floor plan. The top level has an eat-in kitchen, a family room with TV and wet bar, a library/office, and the larger king master suite. The family room and master join to a large screened porch. The second level has a home theater, two bedrooms (another king, and one with two twin beds) each with bathrooms en suite, the laundry room, and a lanai overlooking the caged pool. The pool and a 3-car garage are at ground level. Each level also has a half bath.
