This beautifully decorated three bedroom, three and a half bath condo has one of the most beautiful views on the Gulf Coast. The gulf is in front of you and Perdido Pass is to your left, giving you the best of both worlds. You can sit on the spacious balcony and watch the boats parade by from morning till night.
The condo has ten foot ceilings, which make it a very spacious unit. It has a big kitchen that allows you to cook and enjoy the ocean view at the same time. The dining room table seats six and the balcony table seats six. Also on the balcony are two lounge chairs and two elevated chairs for a better view of the ocean.
If you don't feel like cooking there are four wonderful restaurants and great shops just across the street at San Roc Cay. You don't even have to get in your car. Also for you fishermen, San Roc Cay Marina has charter boats for fishing trips and that's just across the street, also.

We have vacationed in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for 13 years now for Spring Break, and this location, view, and amenteties is by far the BEST! Our first time at Grand Point, and this condo was last year. We booked this condo again this year, and will continue to! This is the spot to be! The property owner is absolutely awesome. She is easy to work with and very accommidating!!! We enjoy dealing with her and her condo is our new place for Spring Break vacation!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We have never rented VRBO before and this will make us do it again. The photos were right on, the property clean and the views magnificent. This a very family friendly unit with ample seating on the balcony and the dining area. The owners were very prompt in response to questions. We would recommend this unit! The pools are great and super clean! The only negative is that it is a long walk across the sand to get to the water. Great fishing on the rocks and under the bridge close by. "Steamers' across the street is a great place to eat and they do take out... so you can eat on the balcony and have the view! There is an amazing playground on Canal Road that is worth the 10 minute drive.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
