*FRESH NEW LOOK! We have replaced floor surfaces in most rooms as well as updated furniture to make it a place to call our 'home away from home'. Hopefully you will feel that way too!
Anna Maria is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. This narrow island with its sugary white sand, does not have any high rises, in fact building codes prevent the construction of houses with more than two stories above a carport.
7 miles of white sand stretch on the west side of the island, less than 100 yards from our Condo. That's where we take our daily sunrise stroll. After a cup of coffee or breakfast in a beach side café, we return for a dip in the warm Gulf waters. After that it's time for a swim in the heated Condo pool as well.
There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The island's biggest grocery store and a pharmacy are also easily reached by foot. If you don't want to drive or walk, there is a free trolley driving up and down the island.
Sarasota is considered to be the 'cultural capital' of Florida with art galleries, theaters and an Opera House, and of course you have beach/sea activities, and shopping in the area.
Prime Outlet, Ellenton, a 30 min drive, is voted to be one of the 25 best factory outlets in the States, and many more stores are found closer. Busch Gardens, Tampa, is a theme park within one hour drive and our Condo is the perfect place to relax after a hectic stay in Orlando (two hours drive), the capital of amusement parks.

Peak season: Dec 19-April 30 .. $1450/week, 4350/month, 1 week minimum
Mid season: May 1-Aug 31 .. $1200/week, 3600/month, 1 week minimum
Low season: Sep 1 - Dec 19 .. $1000/week, 2700/month, 3 nights minimum
15% extra is charged during public holidays, e.g. Easter, Labour Day weekend, etc.
All rentals are subject to a 11,5% resort tax and $105 Cleaning Charge.
Rentals less than a week or with starting day other than Saturday
considered in low season less than 2 months in advance.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo building has only 4 apartments, so there's a very private feel to it.
It has views of the Gulf and a large roof-top sundeck where you can eat breakfast, watch the sun set into the warm Mexican Gulf or see fireworks on the 4th of July.
It is close to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy and several restaurants and shops. Still it's very quiet and you can hear the waves against the beach.
We just love it there!
All the pancakes you can eat for breakfast! Nice lunch and dinner too.
Best burgers on the island in this Burger joint that's been around since Skinny started it in 1952. Still run by the family. Try their curly fries! Good selection of beers.
Largest grocery store on the island. Pool and beach attire sold in the entrance.

I was an exchange student in Ohio almost 30 years ago. I´ve visited USA several times per year ever since and consider it to be my second home land.
Since Tomas and I have a "patchwork" family it feels great to have a place of our own and not have to use 3 hotelrooms for our large family.
For me, it really felt like coming home to own a piece of the US, and Tomas who had never visited America before going there with me, just loves it!

Hello Marie-Louise and Tomas! Loved the condo /good beds /lots of quality towels and bedding /kitchen utensils and so on . Condo was well and fairly represented in the photos and location is very good . We would rent again for certain! Interesting neighbors while we were there as well . Gas bbque instead of charcoal would be a small recommendation . Thanks and hope this is of help .
