Come share our plantation property with outstanding views of the ocean and Mauna Kea. Enjoy the ambiance of an older, peaceful Hawai'i. We are located on the windward side of the big island which is a verdant rain forest. While on your visit you will enjoy beautiful gardens, an orchard, a pasture of tropical sheep, a walk through the woods, peaceful streams and cascades. Picnic with the sight and sounds of our own waterfall. This is a place to truely enjoy natural surroundings in a serene setting.
You will be in close driving distances to Hilo (11 miles), Akaka Falls (5 miles), Onomea Scenic Route (two miles) and an hour and a half to Kona. The summit of Mauna Kea is about an hour and a half drive and Volcano National Park is an hour away.
We are situated on twenty acres and 1200 feet off the access road which affords Kapehu with a unique and tranquil environment.
