Beautiful stamped concrete patio off the kitchen makes for a lovely backyard environment. Professionally landscaped front and back yards. R/O system in kitchen - no bottled water required.
There are two community pools, a catch and release fishing pond, covered BBQ areas, walking paths, basketball courts and more. The Duke golf course is 10 minutes away and Harrah's Ak-Chin casino is 5 minutes south.
We are 17 miles south of Chandler off Interstate #10 on Hwy. 347. Again, only 35 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

We bought in this area because it is very quiet. Golf course and casino close. Close to the south end of Phoenix if you plan a trip to Mexico, Tucson or California.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy going to Algondones, Mexico. I went hiking in Sedona. Nascar was so fun.

We highly recommend this property. Owners respond quickly. Everything is as described. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Very nicely furnished & decorated all the conviences of home. In four days had short drives to mountain hiking (South Mountain), horseback riding (Hidden Valley Stables), tourist shopping ( Old Town Scottsdale) and Rawhide.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We recomend this highly. Everything is as described. The kitchen is very well equiped with clean & new or nearly new things. Very tastefully decorated. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. No problems, everything was 100%.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
