Owner Description
Jon, Jennifer and Jake Cooper live in Atlanta, where they love the Braves, Hawks and Thrashers. Jennifer graduated from Auburn University in 1991, and Jon graduated from the University of Maryland in 1983. Jake, who's 5, is still undecided about where, or if, he'll pursue higher education.
Why the Owner Chose Auburn
Jon was unfamiliar with SEC football until Jennifer came along. He now knows what he'd been missing. After moving from New York to Atlanta in 1999, they enjoyed Auburn season tickets, until Jake was born in 2004. Now that Jake is old enough to enjoy Auburn football -- and basketball, baseball, etc. -- we spend a lot of time on the Auburn campus.
The Unique Benefits of this House
In addition to being walking distance from the Auburn campus and Jordan-Hare Stadium, the house is also near a public pool near the junior high (about two blocks away). Chewacla State Park and a Robert Trent Jones Golf Course are also nearby.

We really enjoyed your lovely home. It was so close to the university that our daughter could join us every day. When we were not watching football or basketball, we took in a hike at Chewacla State Park and Tuskegee National Forest. Fall colors were everywhere! War Eagle!

Enjoyed our stay. It was much better than a hotel room. We could relax with plenty of room to move around. Auburn is a pretty town, but we remain loyal to the Tide.
