This gorgeous luxury home is situated conveniently in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Scottsdale and has a very spacious backyard and contemporary decor.
The home offers 2200 square feet of living space with beautiful furnishings and premium fixtures. The two-story floor plan allows plenty of space to relax and unwind with Living, Family and Kitchen all open to the pool, hot tub and patio on the main floor. It sleeps 10-12 comfortably among four bedrooms (one bedroom plus one bathroom on main floor, three bedrooms plus two bathrooms upstairs), each beautifully appointed and featuring premium pillow top mattresses, luxurious 300+ thread count linens and flat panel TVs. There is also a queen sleeper sofa should you need an additional sleeping area.
The heart of the home is the eat-in kitchen with gorgeous Granite counter tops and Stainless Steel appliances adjacent to the family room, overlooking the outdoor entertainment area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook any size gourmet meal. There is ample seating both indoors and out to accommodate dining for everyone. The family room features comfortable seating and a 37" flat panel TV with DVD library and a portable IPOD speaker system for use throughout the home.
Around the corner, the living room has vaulted ceilings allowing for plenty of natural daylight and features a cozy wood burning Fireplace and a Game Table for which we happily provide games.
The sprawling backyard features a private heated diving pool and Hot Tub, a huge grassy area, two patios with a small relaxing fountain, chaise lounges with cocktail tables, conversation seating, umbrellas and Tiki torches, two dining tables, a gas BBQ grill and fire pit. We gladly provide propane for the grill and a starter log for the fire pit for your enjoyment upon arrival. Pool floaties and towels are also provided.
We welcome families and have taken measures to ensure the safety of young children inside the home. The home is equipped with door alarms on the exterior sliding doors leading to the pool/patio (note that pool is NOT fenced), plastic dinnerware and outlet covers below the waist throughout. Upon request, we will gladly provide a Pack N Play with full bassinett and changing table, high chair, two baby monitors and/or a baby gate for the stairway. We can also recommend great local baby rental companies for any additional items you may require during your stay.

Great Scottsdale property! This home was just what we were looking for. The owners met us at the home and we found it quite roomy and very clean. We had plenty of space for us and our teenage boys. They loved the pool and patio and also the flat screen tv's. We highly recommend renting from CJ and Jamie. They were easy to work with and always available if we had any questions.

We arrived having had a hectic few days in Vegas. This was just the place we needed where we could relax, unwind and recharge. The house is clean and very spacious, has just about everything you will need. The pool is great, big with a diving board and the water is warm in the summer even without heating. The house is in a quiet road and shops are within a short drive. It's an excellent place to base yourself whether you just want to do nothing or explore the surroundings. We would definately go back in fact we didn't want to leave.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a fantastic week in this property with our young children , the home is very spacious and has all the facilities you would need on your vacation . The yard is great and has a lovely pool with comfy loungers and a bbq to make it seem like home from home.The beds were excellent and very comfortable . We were made to feel very welcome which made our stay even more enjoyable.I would be happy to recommend this property to anyone.

The property is in a great location , near the shops,restaurants and the airport . It is very spacious and is well equipped with everything you need on your vacation .The yard is fantastic with a great pool , nice comfy loungers and a bbq that made it seem like home from home. Jamie was extremely helpful and and could not have done anymore to make our stay so enjoyable.I would be more than happy to recommend this property to anyone.

Our party of four arrived at the property and were greeted by Jamie with a bottle of wine which was very nice after a long drive. There weren't enough sun loungers but we were very quickly brought more when requested. The house itself was lovely and the pool and yard area very nice just as described, clean and comfortable. There was pleanty to do around and about shopping, eating and day tripping. All in all we had a lovely relaxing time and would definatley use CJ and Jamie again.

We had a great stay at this house. Very comfortable, tons of room, and lots of amenities! Absolutely loved the yard. We spent a lot of time in the yard and in the hot tub and pool. Close proximity to various restaurants and shopping. CJ and Jamie thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We'd recommend this house to anyone.

The house was great. Lots of room and comfortable. It is close to shopping areas and Barrett-Jackson. Jamie and CJ are very nice and help. We had a great time in Scottsdale and a nice place to stay was a part of it.
