The view over the Los Barriles Bay, the Arroyo, the beaches and mountains is truly breathtaking and you can enjoy it from every room of the house with it’s countless windows and terrace doors, which let a gentle breeze cool down the house even on hot summer days. This newly built villa perfectly combines contemporary design elements and Mexican style details sure to please family and friends vacationing together.
The main bedroom is located on the main floor and easy to access without having to use stairs. Right next to it you find the charming bathroom, where you can enjoy the gorgeous views even while you are taking a shower.
The second bedroom is set up as an independent apartment, completely separate from the rest of the house, on the lower level. With it’s open air bathroom (covered by palapa roofing) and open air kitchen complete with gas BBQ on it’s own little terrace, it offers great privacy.
Plenty of space and seating make the open-air patios (upper and lower deck) a prime place for entertaining. Lounge around the coal braziers together, enjoy a BBQ or just the endless view. What makes this property truly private is, that there are no direct neighbors and that you are a 5 minute drive above town, yet close enough to enjoy the many good restaurants of Los Barriles, the beaches or the Spa at the Palmas de Cortez Hotel.
