We have stayed at this property in the winter and summer--Best deal in the valley with a little commute. Clean with all the ammenities, email, laundry, flat screen. Quiet and good beds!! Gypsum and Eagle are close--plus COSTCO--golf at two local courses plus biking trails. A few very good local eateries plus supermarkets. Twenty minutes to Arrowhead and thirty to Vail. Glen Wood Springs twenty minutes and a fun town to dine and play! Recommend for family with older chidren or couples--plus we seniors enjoyed our stay!!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

I have stayed in this Unit four times now. It is great for those who want access to the Eagle / Vail Valley and don't mind being outside of the Vail proper. I like that from here you are only 30 minutes from Glennwood Springs and 20 minutes from Vail. Perfect for people who know how much the entire Eagle / Vail valley has to offer. The property is very elegant and beats paying for a hotel room, the amenities themselves make the property well worth it! There is a great new shopping area close by.- a Costco across the street - and an awesome BBQ eatery minutes away. If you are a fisherman there is a private stretch of river with very good fishing for nice sized brown trout! You are also less than a 1/2 hour drive to the Roaring Fork and only an hours drive from the Frying Pan River! Truly a great location!

My wife and son and I stayed here over Christmas week and had a great time! The owners own a landscaping company next door and are great folks. Skiing at Beaver Creek is about 20 minutes away and Vail is 30 minutes away. One night we went to Glenwood Springs which is about half an hour west. The unit is spacious and very comfortable for cooking dinner or hanging out. The kitchen has everything you need. Great place to stay!

Amazing Townhome with copious amounts of space and amenities!

The owners are extremely accomodating and the place is immaculate. The location is very quiet and relaxing. Vail is only a short drive away and Beaver Creek is even closer. This place contributed to a memorable weekend of fresh powder in Vail and natural hot springs in Glennwood. I highly recommened all demographics to seriously consider this property. I enjoyed this place so much I will be staying here again.

We would highly recommend this townhome as a place to stay in beautiful Eagle Co. It was very clean, well stocked with towels, paper products and the photos very accurately reflect the property. We were almost across the road from Costco and the kitchen had wonderful appliances to cook for our family. The owner was very prompt in responding to us so all things said- our time in Colorado was great.

This is a great place to stay no matter what the season. The owner is wonderful and accommodating man. The accommodations are more than could ever be expected - everything from cable TV in the living room AND bedrooms, washer and dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerator/freezers, comfortable furnishings, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal and 2 - 1/2 baths and 2 bedrooms, and a back patio area. All this at very affordable rates and with a very congenial renter. You are in the middle of 2 larger cities with grocery stores, restaurants, department stores, gas stations, recreation center, library, and airport right at your fingertips. The place was very clean and well-maintained and any questions are immediately answered. Why pay the high prices at Vail or Breckenridge when you can have accommodations like this so near by. I would recommend this townhouse to all my friends and relatives, and after staying here for about a month, I definitely would stay here again. This would be a great place for a group of men or women, a family, elderly couple who can go up and down stairs, and especially pilots flying in and out of Eagle airport, and it is much cheaper than renting a room or suite in the nearby towns - you have a whole house. Be sure to look into this townhouse if you are going to be anywhere in this area!!!
