In the summer, host a barbecue on the grassy Creekside lawn out front, or take a hike or bike ride on the Fraser River trail.
The master bedroom features a queen bed with plush down comforter and private bathroom with shower. The second large bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top. A double hideabed and portable twin are also available.

Why the Owner Chose Hi Country Haus
This is one of the best units in all of Hi Country Haus. Right next to the river, with beautiful views on two sides of the condo, big windows, a nice front porch, and a great, grassy barbecue area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
It is walking distance to everything: great restaurants, pubs, live music, theater, hiking, snowshoing, sledding, swimming, hot tubbing...you name it. And the ski shuttle is literally steps from the front door.
Steps from the condo, with a movie theater, a live theater, a ski rental shop, a movie rental shop, an awesome breakfast spot, and a delicious Mexican Food restaurant.
By far the best pizza place in Colorado's Hi Country. Legendary. And the kids will ove the dollar bills hanging on the walls.
Two more great restaurants/pubs within walking distance of the condo.
Features large pool, four hot tubs, large deck for sunbathing in the summer, pool tables, video games, big screen TV, etc.
This abandoned ski area is now home to endless acres of FREE sledding, snowshoing, backcountry skiing, hiking, etc. A 10 minute walk from the condo.
This wide dirt trail stretches from Winter Park to Frasier in the north and all the way to the ski area in the southwest. The trailhead is a 5-minute walk from the condo.

I'm a Colorado native who has been coming to this condo since my childhood to ski Winter Park and Mary Jane and trail run. Now, my kids are learning to ski and mountain bike here. In December, my husband and I completely remodeled the place, making it like new.
