Our cottage is located on 40 private acres in the Napa Valley just five minutes from Calistoga and top restaurants, award-winning wineries, great shopping and spas. This is an immaculate, 2-1/2 bedroom, recently remodeled and fully furnished cottage on 40 acres of quiet, forested hillside with a beautiful view of Mount St. Helena and the eastern face of the Valley. This peaceful, ultra-private retreat is the perfect place for your vacation getaway in California's greatest wine producing region, the Napa Valley. TERMS:
One-half base rent required to reserve cottage
Balance of rent plus security deposit & cleaning fee due 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation policy: 10% of base rent will be charged if reservation is cancelled or changed more than 15 days prior to rental date. 30% of base rent will be charged if reservation is cancelled or less than 15 days prior to rental date.
