Excellent location, lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Nicely furnished. Great bakery one block away. Easy drive to the ski areas. The listing photos are a very accurate reflection! Owner is very helpful.

Nice Ski Location for Couple

Downtown urban chic atmosphere. Served us well as a jumping off point for skiing. Full kitchen available to serve those with special dietary needs. Owner was nice to deal with. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

My occupation requires me to be on the road most of the year and hotels can get to be a bit tedious at times and this loft space is a great alternative whether on business or vacation in Salt Lake City. The convenient downtown location is just ste[s away from the Gateway with it's shops and restaurants and just blocks away from central Salt Lake City, Temple Square and the Convention Center. The space was impeccably decorated yet very cozy and comfortable. I was there for a month and couldn't have asked for a better place. If my travels take me to Salt Lake City again, you can be sure I'll be staying here.

I have used VRBO on many occasions, and this place was exceptional. It was spotless, the bed was very cozy, the kitchen had great counter space for cooking, and it's in a fantastic location right downtown and close to the highway! The owner was very accommodating with delivering the keys, showing us how to use his electronics, and even recommending good restaurants to eat at. When I travel back to Salt Lake City I will definitely stay here again!

I travel up to 30 weeks a year with major Broadway touring productions and usually have a choice of top tier hotels. When I saw Salt Lake City on the itinerary I decided I would check out the VRBO web site. I ran across this condo and reserved it for my stay. Great move on my part. The condo is more like an urban loft you might find in New York, located in a beautifully renovated old toy factory. It has everything you need, designer like furniture and fixtures, wide open view of the mountains, spacious yet cozy like feel, and was absolutely spotless when I moved in. The location was great with just a five minute walk to Gateway Center, movie theaters, several restaurants and an incredible farmers market if you happen to be there in the summer. The owner, Gary, was easy to work with, returned my phone calls, questions, emails and deposit without any problems. I really enjoyed the place and would love to stay there again when I return to Salt Lake City.

My wife and I knew from the listing description that this condo would be awesome. When we were given our quick orientation by the owner, we were truly stunned by the upscale yet comfortable decor. We appreciated the modern appointments from kitchen to living room, to bedroom and bath. The location couldn't have been any more ideal for us as my wife was attending a conference at the Salt Palace Convention Center just a block and a half away and many great restaurants are also within walking distance. The owner is very easy to work with and we highly recommend this loft to anyone visiting SLC. We look forward to our next trip to SLC and hope that we will be able to stay in this wonderful condo again!

Wonderful ski getaway condo in downtown Salt Lake. It is beautifully decorated, well-eqipped and very comfortable. We relaxed, made great meals and enjoyed the ambiance. Walking distance to Energy Solutions arena, the Gateway shopping center and good restaurants. 45 minute drive to Alta/Snowbird. It was a perfect home away from home for us.

This condo was a great find. Gary and his family were very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and needs. Not only is it in a GREAT location it has everything you need; from a fully equipped kitchen, plush towels and linens, to a full entertainment system and hi-speed wifi!

I rented this condo for a week-long stay while I attended a conference. It was perfect. Not only was it beautiful, clean and VERY comfortable, but the owner went out of his way to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this condo, and if I get the chance to return to SLC, I will absolutely rent again.

What a find! The condo was so beautiful and comfortable and a joy to stay in for my week in Salt Lake City. Gary was great making the arrangements with me. The location can't be beat, great view, so many restaurants, shops and downtown within walking distance. The Farmer's Market and Caputo's one block away was a treat. I highly recommend you book this loft condo for your stay in Salt Lake. Perfect for a couple or single. I will definately book again for my next Salt Lake visit.

This place is everything it appears to be and more. You will be pleasantly surprised in every aspect, and especially delighted with the location and overall feel of the condo. This place was more than I imagined from a rental condo. An add can't do it justice. There is more to enjoy within walking distance in even a few weeks than they could possibly describe to you. Just hanging out inside the condo is a real treat. What a set up. I will stay here again before I would stay at the local 5 star hotel that I have also visited along with most of best of the rest. Just book and stop wasting your time looking.

I stayed in this great Urban Condo for an extended stay (over 30 days). The owner was great to work with the place is very very clean and well decorated. The location is ideal walking distance to all of the major attractions of SLC. I plan on booking again.

Phenomenal space as described in the listing; great location with wonderful amenities. The owners are highly accomodating and make you feel at home. We chose to stay here for our annual ski vacation and we loved it. Not only does it provide easy access to the Cottonwood Canyons,Park City and Snowbasin, it also facilitated more evening activities; we could actually walk to a Utah Jazz game. Highly recommend this location.

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo that is perfect for a single or couple. The condo is modern, clean, private and well-equipped. It is light and bright, and centrally located. We had a fantastic stay for a long weekend of snowshoeing. We would definitely hope to stay at this condo if we visit Salt Lake City again.

Having a great view of the town and the heavenly mountain scape. The owners were very hospitable, kind and attentive to our needs and were happy to give us as much information as needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable since we were out of towner's visiting from Florida. I would highly recommend you staying here and enjoying your visit to Utah. We are already planning our next trip and plan to stay here once again no question.

I've stayed in dozens of VRBO properties and I've got to say that this condo tops them all! The photos looked beautiful online, but it was even more amazing in person. The condo is just so well put together! Even better, it was comfortable, close to everything downtown, a quick drive up to the mountains, and the owners were terrific. I look forward to staying there again.
