Boat ramp is 10 blocks away, beach is just 3+ blocks up the street! Outdoor hot water shower! Bait shop is a 3 minute drive!
Historic Downtown is a lovely 10 minute drive over the ICW, past the Mission De Nombre.
Or turn the other direction and take the 15 minute drive to the Outlet Malls! Yes we have 2... Approximately 2 hours from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

4 Night Minimum: $125/night. Cleaning fee $75.00 4-7 nights, $100 8-14 nights
Holiday Rental Weeks: $850/week Christmas, T-Day, Easter, July 4th
Property is available for monthly rental at a reduced rate!
Deposit of 50% at time of rental.
Sales/Bed Tax is 9%. Security deposit of $200 (refundable) is required!

Why the Owner Chose St. Augustine
We built this house in 1999 for a family member, and couldn't possible think of selling it when it was no longer in use! We just began renting it as a vacation rental in the past year, and we have been very busy with our guests! We have had guests from all over the country so far, and they have been terrific. Oregon, Arkansas, Ohio, Canada, Florida, Tennessee, Mass, and many more to come over the next year! St. Augustine is such a wonderful little town, with it's Spanish heritage, and many fun events, you can always find something to do here! And there is always the beach.....
The Unique Benefits at this House
It's so beautiful and peaceful at the rental house! No phone ringing, no worries, just extremely relaxing. We had fun decorating it, and making it a little piece of paradise for our guests. Everything in the house is extremely high quality! Leather sofa's, 100% bamboo sheets, Lenox China! The house is immaculately cleaned between each use! And I don't mean a light dusting, it is totally torn apart, washed, sanitized and put back together! We supply everything needed to get started on your wonderful vacation. Coffee, cream, sugar, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, EVERYTHING! And if you don't find it, call us and we can get it!

We have lived in the area for 20 years, and think it's the prettiest part of St. Augustine! We live next door, and our combined 1+ acre yards have over 60 Live Oak trees, and the canopy is so beautiful overlooking the water!
