Welcome to Casa Bosco, this lovely place is located in a beautiful hamlet called Casa Bosco that lies quite and peaceful on the beautiful green hills above the town of Trevi in Umbria.
This is a place that offers the best comforts style and all the conveniences of modern life as well as the charm of Italian countryside life You can also enjoy the breathtaking views and you can see the whole Umbrian valley in front of you with Montefalco right in the middle of the frame, the best Sunsets to watch as it showers gold light all over the hills and the hamlets of the scene making everything is luminous and happy.
As you arrive to Casa Bosco you soon realize that is a part of a main villa,
and you will also see that you will enjoy from the grounds, fountains and beautiful and shady parking place , we have a place assigned for you too!
The guest house have a terrace/pergola to enjoy being al fresco, dining, reading or simply resting.
The house is layered in two stories, the ground floor has a living room/dining room with a gourmet kitchen with 6 burners, it also has a nice size oven and all the pots and dishes you may need in case you like cooking.
In this floor there is also a lovely wood fireplace raised up from the ground for better comfort and this makes lighting the fireplace and cooking in oit more easy. In the whole place you can see very beautiful artwork we like to think that the people that will rent this house enjoy good arte as much as we do.
A costume made staircase that will take you upstairs to the bedroom and main bathroom the bedroom is furnished also with a impeccable taste it has a great queen size bed, and antique armoire, night tables and night lamps.
The bathroom is spacious , and very very chic!
The house will accommodate 2 people plus 2
the utilities are all included in the rental price, we ask our guest to be conservative with gas and electrical as we all know that in Italy the utilities are expensive.
