Oversized and tastefully furnished Two bedroom apartment with One and a half bath, large open rooms and a very airy feel. Two bedrooms with south exposure and tons of light. Large common space with a sleeper sofa and a wood burning fire place. Living room features a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, stereo and secure WiFI Internet connection. Open plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar for four. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, post and pans, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, etc. Excellent closet space.
All new furniture, sheets, towels, etc are provided. Very clean and well maintained but displaying the style and feel of the 'old New York'.
Beautiful elevator townhouse in the center of Downtown Manhattan, East 9 Street and University Place. Quiet area with some of New York's best restaurants (Union Square Cafe, Olives, etc) within a few minute walk. Excellent shopping on Union Square and along Broadway. Subway is just a block away (Broadway and 8 Street), Washington Square Park is also around the corner.
