The most desirable ski in/ski out location in Park City. This charming condo is the essence of the Park City Ski Experience. It is perched on an Aspen tree filled hillside above the town of Park City. Down a private road, it is quiet, yet steps from both the world class snowboarding arena used in the 2002 Olympics and the First Time, Three Kings, Eagle & Silver Star Lifts.
No need to drive anywhere to rent your ski equipment or buy lift tickets! This can be done right at the New Silver Star Condo Development just a short walk from our condo door! Additionally, the new Silver Star Cafe has just opened this season and is also a easy to get to from our condo. The Cafe serves breakfast, lunch & dinner with beautiful mountian views to enjoy while you dine inside or out on their fantastic heated restaurant patio!
The decor & amenities of our condo are perfect for a ski vacation retreat. French doors lead to the secluded private deck and hot tub from the master bedroom and living room. Both bedrooms have cable TV with a new 48” flat screen TV in the living room. There is wireless internet access throughout. Each bath has a relaxing whirlpool bath tub after a long day of skiing. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, new granite counter tops and mosaic tile backsplash with new carpeting through out.
The condo is conveniently located only minutes away from the Park City Resort Center & historic downtown Park City either by car or a short walk from the award-winning free bus system with a stop very near the condo on Crescent Road.
Whether making Park City your winter ski destination or planning a get-a-way during the spring, summer or fall seasons, Park City offers a uniquely fantastic experience any time of the year.

This condo is one lot from the end of Crescent Road, about 100 feet from the trail next to the half pipe, and an easy one minute walk for our three boys, 7, 9, and 11. Then ski down to First Time ticket shack and lift. The condo is totally comfortable, warm, and fun with a very private hot tub on the rear deck. Lots of room for the five of us, ski lockers, full kitchen, everything we needed. We even got 18" of powder on our last day! We highly recommend it.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (12 & 14 years) and we stayed at this condo for 3 weeks in January 2012. The condo was perfect for us, a short stroll to the lifts and free bus stop. It was great to come back from a days skiing to a warm comforatble home, soak in the hot tub and relax in front of the open fire and cook dinner in the well well stocked kitchen. We din't need a car as everything was wlithin walking distance or we used the free bus system. If we come back to Park City we would definately stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
