This spacious and immaculate 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom cedar home doubles as a Bed and Breakfast in the summer. Built in 2003 and renovated in 2007, it covers over 3900 square feet of space situated on one level.
Located in Teton Valley, Idaho on the "Quiet side of the Tetons", the house is only a 35 minute drive to Jackson Hole and 90 minutes from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The property is on 4 secluded acres, very close to the eclectic towns of Victor, Driggs and Tetonia, and to a vast array of outdoor recreational pursuits.
Entering through the huge front door, you walk into the Great room which has a 52 inch wood burning fireplace, exquisite Persian rugs on a white oak floor, fir dining table that seats 8, and three cozy leather sofas in which to curl up and watch the fire or read a book.

The immense kitchen just adjacent to the Great room with granite counters and custom Alder cabinets, has a refrigerator/freezer with auto ice maker, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and a breakfast bar for four. It is fully stocked with all you need to create gourmet meals including a mixer, knife set and other utensils, silverware for 12, toaster, crock-pot, waffle maker, blender, and baking and roasting pans.
On the northeast wing of the house there are two Queen bedrooms and a mud room for storing fishing equipment, skis, etc. The south east wing has two additional bedrooms, a powder room with full bath and the laundry room.
Each bedroom has its own tiled bathroom with a shower/tub combination, granite counter, loads of cabinet space and towels, and a hairdryer. The King suite also has an indoor Jacuzzi, and dual showers and sinks.
There are three rooms with Queen beds and one King suite with a gas fireplace and sitting area with queen sofa bed. All furniture is custom made out of solid Alder. Each bedroom is carpeted.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans. With the windows open, there is really no need for air conditioning; besides, you'll miss the delightful sounds of the babbling creek!
The house sits amidst the cottonwoods on Fox Creek which runs from September through August (unless the irrigation companies shut off the flow). The huge back yard is flower-filled and has patios on both sides for dining or lounging in the sun. The front of the house has lovely rustic wood chairs for watching the amazing sunsets.
