This custom home sits on over 1/2 acres in one of the Las Vegas areas best neighborhoods. The homes are all at least on 1/2 acre lots with many homes on 2 1/2 acres or more- don't get stuck in one of the hundreds of rentals that are pilled on top of one another. The location is just minutes from all the action on Las Vegas blvd.
The home has 4 bedrooms 3 of the rooms sit on one side of the house and the fourth bedroom is on the far side of the house. This room has 3 beds in it and also its own bathroom. This comes in handy if you plan on having a late night partying in the hot tub and someone needs to get some sleep.
If you do come to visit the owner can help with any needs you might have as far as cooks, limos, showtickets, etc. The pool area is real great place to hang out. Turn on the waterfall, swim, fire up the grill and just hang out.
The hot tub is enclosed in its own Tropical pond room that opens up not only off the pool but also into the master bedroom. A GREAT HOUSE TO HANG IN !

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
The reason I am doing the vacation rental from this location is because the house is in such a great spot Just a couple of miles from all the action of the Las Vegas strip But it feels like your out in the country You can go for walks out in the dessert and have the backdrop of the Las Vegas strip

I grew up back east ( Boston )and have spent lots of time sailing and also spend lots of time in Costa Rica I have tried to capture that feel of the ocean here in the dessert There are 2 ponds and a 180 gallon fish tank & the pool and juccuzi to capture that tropical feel that I love I also enjoy meeting all the folks that come and stay Its really alot of fun and I have become freinds with many of them.
