Our 1650 square foot unit is located in the newest Ixchel Condo phase-II which is positioned right on Playa Norte beach, truly the most spectacular white sand beach in the entire Mayan Riviera. As you exit the elevator into the lobby from your private Penthouse condo it is only a few steps past our refreshing pool (with large in pool tanning ledge) and you step out onto the soft sand beach which offers warm turquoise waters ready for all water activities or maybe just leisurely float with friends and your favorite cool beverage. Ixchel-II offers complimentary beach towel, beach loungers, umbrellas and beverage/food service right to the waters edge. Bring your own refreshments or just allow yourself to be spoiled and pampered by the friendly staff.
After a full day of sun and sand just return to your Penthouse retreat to relax and refresh with a cool shower or soothing dip in your private hot tub. The 660 square foot L-shaped terrace provides you with a shaded covered area, all day tanning area and unlimited choices of island views from the tallest vista on the island. This unit also offers you the choice of preparing meals or snacks from your well equipped kitchen or just call for room service.
In the evening after toasting your personal sunset its just a short 1/2 block walk to Hildago Street, take a leisurely stroll up the quaint cobblestone main street of Isla and investigate the smorgasbord of ethnic restaurants, retail shops (featuring the local artisans)live entertainment and exceptional local restaurants specializing in fresh seafood and traditional Mayan cuisine. Pictures could not reflect how well furnished and comfortable the condo was or how beautiful the views were from the terrace. We enjoyed sunbathing on the terrace in the morning and watching the sun fade in the evening before walking to the other side of the building to watch the sun set. This was not our first visit to Isla Mujeres, but it was the most memorable visit to celebrate our anniversary. We could not have been more pleased with Brent and Day's condo location and the staff. Each day we returned to find a new towel "animal" on our bed. We hope to return again soon. TA & SP, Virginia

What a wonderful time and discovery. The Penthouse was great, even the "Low Low" season was a High for us on Isla. PS Soggy Peso is a must, Beware of Gustavo's Mrgaritas... best and most dangerous on the Island.

We just came back from our second trip to Isla and this year was even better than the last. We've stayed at beautiful places all over the world, but this unit is absolutely one of the best. We think Ixchel is the best place on the island because of it's combination of accommodations, beach (nothing better than Playa Norte), pools, and proximity to town and this unit is one of the best in the building. You've got breathtaking views from every single window, whether it be of the beach, ocean, or town and the rest of the island. We show pictures to our friends and they can't believe how beautiful it is! Thanks again for providing such a great vacation spot for us and we can't wait to come back again next year.

We had a great time at Brent and Day's condo in Ixchel last week. Their unit is much nicer than the pictures can show and Brent really helped accomodate us considering it was a last second trip. The terrace and view were beautiful and we highly recommend their unit. Thanks!

Dear Brent & Day, We started our vacation on Isla two weeks ago and we were fortunate enough to stay in your lovely condo for the last four nights. We had a blast renting one of the golf carts and spent a day discovering some of the hidden treasures on Isla. We spent most of our time on Playa Norte, truly a wonderful beach with excellent swimming. One of our favorite spots for lunch is Picas... they have the best fish! Wishing you all a "prospera Ano"
