All rooms are on one level with the Master Bedroom and a private bath consisting of a queen size bed, triple dresser and full closet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds with a private entrance to the bathroom.
The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked and includes a refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. The living room has an electric fireplace, full size couch with queen-size sleeper and a love seat. The dining area has a table that can seat six. There is a stackable washer and dryer.
The screened bayside porch offers a table with chairs overlooking the bay and creek with eye-level views of seagulls, blue herons, mallards and egrets as they fly by. A picturesque view of kayaks and fishing boats can be seen as they are coming and going out to the Indian River Bay that leads them to the Atlantic Ocean from the porch and side windows. There is a full front deck with a gate having side views of White's Creek and the boat ramp.
Located in a Golf and Tennis Community with shared swimming pool, nine hole golf course. Numerous award-winning golf courses in the area, as well as "tax free" outlet shopping within one half hour.

Copied from guest book: Was one of our best vacations ever! Everyone was healthy and everyday was beautiful. Loved the geese and ducks that zip in and out of the ponds. Enjoyed their evening flights very much. Pool was magnificent. Kids loved everything. We are well rested and would love to come back!!

The views are beautiful; we have spotted so many birds, especially the great blue heron. We enjoy walking on the local beach and at the State Park. We'll be back!!
