  We only had time for a quick getaway with our five children (ages 3-12). This was the perfect condo- very roomy. There was a space for everyone andour 3 year old could go to bed early and not be disturbed. No check in required- door code is easy and awesome! The pictures don't do this unit justice- very nice and comfortable. We had a great stay and will be back- my husband is already planning for more time next year and he isn't a beach fan!

  The pictures on this ad do no justice. We take many beach trips along the gulf coast at many different resorts every summer, and Condo 1206 was definitely in our top 5. It was beautifully decorated, clean, well-stocked, roomy for our families, and convenient. The kids loved the accomodations, as did the adults, having lots to do while simultaneously on the beachfront. Cayce was so accomodating & quickly responded to any of our questions. The keyless entry pad was awesome not having to worry about keys. After leaving our home with no power from Hurricane Isaac, we were happy staying at the resort relaxing & not venturing out, but in the past we do love taking all the kids to the Hangout nearby. I will not hesitate booking this condo or through Cayce again.

  Condo was amazing! Roomy, classy, clean, and a full kitchen! Beds were amazing! Love the key-less entry, makes it so easy to come and go! Beach access & swimming pools are wonderful! We've rented this unit and Cayce's other 12th floor unit - both are wonderful! 2nd year, and we'll be back for next year we hope!!!! :)

• Superb beach condo!

  My family and I stayed in this unit over Labor Day weekend, and, in spite of Tropical Storm Lee, we had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully appointed, and there was ample room for the 4 adults and 2 children who stayed. All amenities in kitchen, lots of linens, great balcony, tastefully decorated, all in excellent condition. We spent much time indoors due to the weather, but it didn't dampen our spirits! Complex is excellent, with lots of parking, indoor pool, and awesome lazy river and waterslide. Great for kids of all ages! Will definitely seek this unit on future stays in this area!

  My family of 10 stayed at the Phoenix West Unit 1206 and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo was stocked with all the necessities plus more. The kitchen had everything needed and my husband was amazed at all the extras it had. I loved the lazy river! Even though they had four elevators, catching one was sometimes frustrating. But when it is one of the most popular condos on the beach, I guess crowds are to be expected. I would highly recommend this condo.

  We had a great time, the condo was beautiful, the complex amentities are top notch, and Cayce made the booking a breeze. We have been visiting Orange Beach for many years with our kids, but this was our first time to stay at Phoenix West. We regularly talk about buying a condo on Orange Beach and Phoenix West just made the top of our list! The lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools and exercise room were terriffic and the staff was very friendly. Our party of 8 was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was awesome. The keyless entry was an added perk. We will definately return to this property and highly recommend this condo. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

  Despite the oil situation, we had a wonderful vacation. This was our 14th annual family vacation in Orange Beach. This development includes great amenities and this unit was everything we expected. We had eight in our party and this unit was perfect. The keyless entry is very nice. This was my first experience using VRBO and Cayce provided excellent communication and updates regarding beach conditions.The restaurants were very glad to see us and our favorite spots had very short waits, if any. Sea-n-Suds is our favorite beach dive and the food is great and priced very reasonable. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores offer many attractions and they really need the support at this time. We'll be back for number fifteen next year!

  10 teachers had a fantastic time for our "End of the School Year Trip". With 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, the condo was perfect because we all had a place to sleep and there was plenty of room for everyone. We spent lots of time on the spacious balcony - eating, drinking, and being merry! The lazy river was wonderful and the beach was beautiful! We enjoyed our trip so much we all decided we wanted to return next year to the same condo. Thanks for making our mini vacation so memorable!

  We just returned from our stay in Orange Beach and had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful - one of the nicest places we have stayed. The kids had so much fun in all of the pools, especially the water slide! We will definitely plan to come again and have already recommended it to others. Owner/Manager was very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Wouldn't change a thing!

  Our first visit to Orange Beach was definitely memorable & wouldn't have been the same had we stayed somewhere else! The condo was exactly as described & pictured & MORE. We had tons of room, loved all the bathrooms in each bedroom, the balcony view was awesome & the big TV was perfect for movies & Wii playing! The 12th floor felt perfect...not too high, but high enough to avoid ground floor noises & have the perfect birds eye view of the ocean. Our family loved the lazy river...so relaxing! Cayce was wonderful to work with & very fast with any answers needed. The keyless entry was definitely a plus! We would definitely recommend this condo to our family & friends & look forward to staying here again on our next Orange Beach visit...it can't come soon enough!
