Enjoy the golf course even during the winter right out your back door. Perfect for snowshoeing or cross country skiing, building a snowman or having a snowball fight! AND After a hard day on the slopes if you don't feel like going to the Recreation Center hop into the hot tub on your back deck complete with outdoor speakers and a spectacular view of Martis Valley!
Close by is Stateline and Nevada which means Casinos and gambling! Truckee and Kings Beach are only 10-15 min drive for supplies and groceries. Reno is only thirty minutes away and has a Costco, Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Lake Tahoe is just over the hill and has great views during the winter and summer.
With three bedroom, three baths and two living rooms (one for the adults and one for the kids) it is a perfect setup for 1-2 families with kids or a group of friends looking to have a great place to stay!
A full kitchen and dining room area, one car garage and space for four cars in the driveway with additional parking one block up will make sure that everyone is comfortable.
