We just returned from another wonderful holiday at the MCC in Palm Desert, and we have booked our third vacation at this lovely condo. This south facing unit is an oasis of tranquility. The unit is bright, airy, open and spacious. Some additional features that we particularly enjoy are: • Tiled main living area and bathrooms • Neutral, earth-toned furniture and décor with clean lines, providing comfort without clutter • Granite countertops in the kitchen • CA shutters • WiFi • Professional and friendly MCC security patrol • Front courtyard with security lighting • Back patio, complete with BBQ, table, chairs, umbrella and two loungers Also, the owner is always accessible by phone and/or email and provides ample written instructions regarding the household routines and ‘how to’ instructions for the operating the electronics. As an added bonus, this unit is pet-friendly. Sitting on the back patio is picturesque and tranquil as you look off to the golf course and mountains in the background. The grounds on the MCC are impeccably maintained. We eagerly look forward to our next vacation at this unique condo.

You can walk 50 steps bare foot through the grass to the pool and the club house where great lunches are served is just a short 5 minute walk. The pictures do not do the property justice. Every detail is seen to from the super soft over sized towels to the comfy king bed in the master bedroom.The living room has a soft leather love seat and a big micro fiber suede sofa. The master bathroom is lighted with natural light from a sky light. It was so bright that I kept trying to turn the light off. A security light which is on a motion detector lights the desert landscaped path to the front door at night. The condo is stocked with the basic food stuffs in the kitchen. I can't wait to go back.

We spent a long weekend at this bright, open condo. The location is perfect, very close to where Pines to Palms/74 drops you off the mountain. It is also literally steps to the nearest pool and hot tub. Very clean, beautiful gardens and well equipped with great technology, cooking gear, linens, etc. The owner was super easy to work with and answered questions quickly. Thanks!

We absolutely loved this place!! It is much more beautiful than the pictures show. The property was clean and well maintained. The place is well lit with just the windows. It has all the amenities you would want inside and access to more outside. There is a pool two condos over and the clubhouse is a short walk. I have to say the owner was always available to answer any questions and had everything written out and easy to understand. It's clear he cares about the property and he wanted to make sure that we had a great time. It's so close to everything. After the first day of driving around, we knew where to get to everything and realized the condo location is perfect for the area. We would highly recommend driving to the open air market held on weekends only. You can even walk to it from the condo. We didn't make use of the golf course or the gym - but those are two activities easily coordinated with the owner. The check out process was easy and perfect after a week of vacationing - we were able to gather our things and head out. This was our first VRBO experience and we plan to go back to this place. Thank you for such wonderful accomodations and being so accomodating - we can't say enough wonderful things about the experience!!
