Come to the beautiful Florida Keys for an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings that we enjoy, sitting on the veranda sipping an early morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine.
This is a two story single family home, with two bedrooms, one bathroom on bottom floor and living area with sofa bed and second bathroom on second floor. There is a large sun deck located on front and a screened veranda at the back of house. Our home is surrounded by large trees where you can view nature as it happens.
John Pennekamp State Park is located just minutes away, where the most beautiful tropical reefs are waiting for snorkelers and scuba divers alike. Would you like to experience the thrill of swimming with dolphins, Dolphin Plus is just minutes away. Fishermen can bring their boats and rent a slip in the Largo Sound Marina that sits directly across the street,or use the ramp in our private park located nearby. There are facilities that offer boat and wave runner rentals and snorkeling and scuba diving excursions.
For the shoppers Key largo has unique little shops, consignment stores and on weekends Key Largo has a flea market. The best seafood restaurants can be found in Key Largo serving the freshest seafood every day. Our home has access to a private park with a beach, boat ramp, picnic area with BBQ pit.

We stayed for the last week in December 2012. The house was very clean and well kept.The location is great, very close to many great restaurants and Largo Sound is just a block away. It was nice and relaxing sitting outside overlooking the marina/lagoon with a glass of wine. Luis is great to deal with and was very helpful and informative. Hope to take him up on his offer to go fishing next time we are down!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My friend and I stayed at Luis Garcia's house for the whole month of Feb 2012. It was the greatest Very nice house with all the things you need, kitchen was wonderful, screened in porch was great to eat breakfast and dinner. It had a fenced in yard witch our dog loved. Walked to the private beach and spent many days in the sun. Everything was just wonderful! Luis called us to make sure if we needed anything witch I thought was very considerate of him. So if you need to get away for rest, sun and fun this is a great place to stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, sightseeing.
