  My family and I (4 adults, 1 teenager, 2 children and 1 infant) were Southern California bound. We are from Silicon Valley and we needed a small get-away. We decided on the Southern California City Pass which included Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld San Diego. After a long day at the park, driving and cranky children it was nice to have a home to come back to. The kids easily found a distraction as soon as we returned home, which gave us adults resting time. Kelly had everything, coffee, laundry soap, toys for the kids, movies....and the hot tub was the topper of it all. We were able to eat our meals in the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen and relax. The kids' room is filled with toys, a playstation, rockband and not to mention free WiFi. We will definitely use this site for our next vacation destination. Hopefully all owners are as GREAT as Kelly.

  This is the second house we've rented from Kelly, and both were great houses. But more important the reason we keep coming back is Kelly herself. Her attention to detail, excellent communications, and willingness to do anything to make our stay perfect are greatly appreciated. This time when we decide to vacation in Anaheim again, Kelly was first on our list. We chose this house this time because of the hot tub. Knowing that Kelly takes very good care of her houses and her guests there was no hesitation when booking with her. After we arrived our toughs were confirmed, a beautiful house in a safe quiet neighborhood, an excellent location in relationship to the Disney parks, and a house stocked with everything you could need for a great family vacation. The kids loved the bunk beds and all the toys in the closet. My son would sit for hours playing with the bucket of Legos, unwinding after a long day at the Disney parks. We all had a blast playing pool and the board games that are stocked in the living room. Once again we had a fun, memorable family vacation, and we owe a lot of it to the ability to come back to a comfortable home each night and relax. Thank you again Kelly, you are the best.

Having guests that enjoy a nice house and can respect the work it takes to keep it up are reason enough to keep me in the business. If I had to replace broken items or deal with unhappy neighbors all the time, I might be looking for something else to do. I certainly try to make sure I have enough to keep the kids busy, while Mom and Dad relax. That's the reason you go on vacation, to get away from it all and to be in a place that you enjoy.   We were staying at the house for 8 days and we enjoyed it very much. The house is so comfy, cozy and clean. The house is well stocked with everything and we don't need to rush to the grocery store especially on the first day arrival. You can tell that Kelly put her passion taking such a good care for the house. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Kelly is very nice and easy to communicate and she is very accommodating. Thanks Kelly for sharing your lovely home. We certainly will return if we come to Disneyland again.

  Took a great deal of time reading reviews and comparing other properties, before I selected this place and being there confirmed that my research paid off. My family of 5 adults and 5 kids coming from the US and UK celebrated my 60th birthday vacation with me (the Grandma) in Disneyland. Renee was so personable and accomodating from the first encounter and I knew she would be available if needed throughout our stay. The house is in a nice/quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Disneyland. As the others indicated the house was perfectly stocked with just the right things, including kid's toys and extra pillows and blankets and shampoo. Although we really would have preferred another bedroom just because of the three families represented, there was ample room for this very reasonably priced home. And, while the kids had hoped for a swimming pool, we never got home early enough to take that in, and.....having a hot tub, pool table and DVDs was just the ticket. Thank you Renee!

  Our family of 7 had a wonderful time here (kids from 3 to 15). We enjoyed a day at Laguna beach and the rest of the week at the Disneyland resorts (less than 10 minute drive). The home was filled with all the amenities and care was taken to ensure that everything from laundry soap, cooking utensils, bbq to shampoo was available for its guests. It is an inviting place with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and we definitely enjoyed some quiet time at the home after a long day at Disneyland! Thanks for your hospitality and we plan to return some time in the future.

  Owner response: Brett and Carrie, I love when guests try out other places in SoCal besides Disneyland. Laguna is one of my favorite beaches and it's a fantastic break from the Disney rides. I try to have lots of amenities at the house so you don't have to worry about stocking up or buying something expensive and leave it behind as it is too much to pack.   We loved our stay in this home; our only regret was we didn't have enough time to just enjoy the house. The master bedroom is very large and provided more than enough room for a couple and a toddler (he had a seperate bed.) The coffee table in the Master bedroom was right in front of a full-size couch and provided a wonderful area for 2 laptops to be stationed. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable; lots of seating areas. The owner Kelly was very nice and easy to communicate with. My grandson (2 1/2yrs old) loved the closet filled with toys and playing in the backyard. If we were to visit Anaheim again we would re-book this house.   This is the second time our family and friends family ( 9 of us ) have rented this home for a Disneyland vacation. The home is very nice and well stocked with sundries/towels etc. The registration process is simple and is a great deal, especially when splitting with two families. Grocery store is nearby. The neighborhood is quiet. The home has been remodeled and upgraded and the beds are very comfortable. Disneyland is a 5 minute car drive away and is easy to get to. When Disneyland is open late, I would recommend getting to Disneyland early, then when the park is busy in afternoon, go back and relax at home ( hot tub, pool table, TV, nap), cook a dinner or go to restaurant outside of park which is going to be cheaper and less hectic. Then go back to Disneyland at night when a lot of other people are going home. Disneyland parking is $15 and is good for all day, come and go.

  Families: This is a GREAT house for family trips to Disneyland, beaches, and Southern California. Our extended family traveled as a party of seven. My wife, 3 toddlers, and in-laws stayed quite comfortably. The kids loved the children's room with plenty of bed space for them and plenty of fun toys and movies to enjoy. The adults enjoyed having the equivalent of their own master bedrooms. The owner did a fantastic job of setting everything up for the children and us adults. Everything was comfortable with all the right touches. Everything that was arranged for us in the house was incredibly well though out. The sleeping arrangement, bathroom toiletries, well stocked kitchen, beach toys and towels, stroller, on and on. There was a great guidebook put together for us showing the locations and routes to different destinations. Even take out menus and coupons for local restaurants. Again, just very thoughtful and helpful. I am a detailed planner, so I was impressed with having things organized and ready for us. The kitchen was terrific and the outside patio area was great. Fridge and barbeque outside made for an easy good time after a day of running around. This was our first vacation rental and my only regret is we may be spoiled and hard to impress on future rentals. That said, we definitely will stay at this property again. The access to the house is great. Pretty much just off the freeway, but in a beautiful well maintained neighborhood. Very safe and cozy. The drive to Disneyland was short and incredibly easy. About a 2-3 mile straight shot right into the parking garage. Access to the freeway allowed us to head to the beaches or LA easily. Kelly, we thank you so much for your hospitality. I meant to review sooner, but didn't want to let it slip because I was so impressed. I hope to be in touch next year to request another stay. Thanks again!

  This house was perfect for us! It was so nice to come back from a long day at DisneyLand and have plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The neighborhood is quite and a short drive to all the activities. All the kids were entertained with the various toys, movies and games. It was great to be able to relax our sore muscles in the hot tub each night too. Kelly thought of everything from shampoo to beach chairs! We loved that everything for the beach was already there! Kelly was very responsive in all of our questions. We will definitely be back again and refer anyone going to this area to her property. Thanks Kelly for making our vacation special!

  2 adults 4 kids (one being a year old) stayed here for our 6 night vacation. Trip to disneyland, universal studios, and the beach. Home was very welcoming. Very clean. Kelly, the owner, thought of everything you could need while vacationing. Sunblock, shampoo, soap, an abundance of towels, etc were available for our use. There was a crib, high hair, stroller for our little guy too. Hot tub had problems but Kelly was very quick to respond and get someone working on it. It ended up not working, but we were so exhausted by the end of the day, it didn't matter to us that much. Pool table was a hit and the kitchen was very large and accommodating. We were so close to Disney, literally minutes away and we found a lot of restaurants with no waits around the house. We didn't go to Knotts berry farm but that was right around corner too. Laguna beach is the one we chose. Beautiful and no traffic to get there. Kelly, thank you for sharing your home, we had a wonderful vacation!
