This was our second time staying in this lovely home. We love it that much!! The location is great! It took less than 10 minutes to get to Disneyland, and there is a Target and Costco close by. We love this home for many reasons. The first is that the owner, Kelly, is so incredibly easy to work with. Plus, she has already thought of everything! Seriously. There were tons of bath towels, extra blankets, games, lots and lots of toys for the kids, beach toys, beach towels, sandwich bags, extra razors, lotions, trash bags, toilet paper, extra batteries for the remote controls, etc. She really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We had six small children with us (ages 1-8) and they loved it! We spent three days at Disney and then two days in the house while my husband attended a conference. We didn't even leave the house those two days. There was so much to keep them entertained and happy. The pool table and board games and game system were also so nice to have! I enjoyed having a crib in the Master closet for the baby. Kelly also supplied a highchair and a double stroller (the sit and stand kind). The home is beautifully decorated and was very clean! The pictures don't even do it justice. We hope to be back again! Thank you, Kelly, for another amazing vacation!

First time vacation home renters very satisfied!

As first time vacation home renters we were a little worried if what we seen on the website would be what we got and it was better! Kelly was absolutely wonderful to deal with from the moment we first inquired about the property to the day we received our deposit back. She was professional and efficient and very helpful. Kelly provided everything we needed and more. All we needed were a few groceries and she had everything there we needed to prepare our own meals. We were minutes away from a major grocery chain and the freeways. Disney was only a 10 minute drive away and the house was in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had lots of toys and movies for the kids. The pool table was a big hit also. There were four adults and four kids and plenty of room for all of us. We stayed in this great house for 8 nights and were thoroughly satisfied. The house was just what we needed. I would not hesitate to stay in this or any other property of Kelly's in the future and have recommended to friends and family. We will not go back to hotel life for any future extended holidays! What a lovely home! This was our first thought when we walked into the house after a long flight from New Zealand. Kelly (the owner) went out of her way to assist us, even providing a list of Christmas parades so that we could experience Christmas with the stars. The home is exceptional. There were 4 adults, and a 16 and 11 year old, the home was comfortable, and provided every thing we needed. The home exceeds the photos which is rare as most photos seem to be out of whack. We even left the home for a couple of days to travel to Vegas, and Kelly ensured that our belongings were safe. Actually the neighbourhood is lovely too, quiet cul-de-sac, friendly neighbours and well maintenanded properties. Funnily enough when we arrived back from Vegas, our eldest son said "it's like we are home". The porperty really feels like home. We would highly recommend staying here, everything you need is close by, Disney, supermarket, and freeway entrances. Thank you Kelly for providing us such a wonderful place to stay.

Being my first time experience utilizing VRBO, my family and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Kelly's beautiful home in Anaheim. The goal of mine when vacationing down south for my son's birthday to Disneyland, was to have a home away from home, where my large family could come together to share breakfast and relax without the hassle of hotel rooms, and I am happy I was able to accomplish that goal. Everyone in my party was amazed on how beautiful the inside of the home was and the different amenities that were offered, including a rice cooker! The only thing missing was the food, which was simply obtained by visiting the local grocery store. Thank you Kelly for allowing us to stay at your home! Your home will be on the top of our list if we ever decide to stay in the area again!

This house was awesome! We stay here in August with 6 adults and 2 kids (2 and 5). This house has everything that the grown-ups needed to have a relaxing vacation and all the goodies for the kids too. The kids were so excited to open up a closet full of toys and take a splash in the mini pool (hot tub). The barbecue area was excellent and well maintained. The house is a 5 minute drive to Disneyland, close to grocery stores and in a nice safe neighborhood. We put our baby to sleep using the stroller that Kelly provided and taking a nice walk around the neighborhood. Kelly was really easy to work with. We left a few things at the house after we left and she sent them all back to us! We will stay here again and will recommend it to all of our friends.

Amazing vacation rental!

This was our first experience renting a house and it beats staying in a hotel room! We rented the house to take our 2 year old son to Disneyland (10-12 minutes away) for his birthday. The owners set up a full size crib and high chair for him. The house is stocked with anything and everything you might need (they even provided baby shampoo, daipers, and baby blankets). The house was very comfortable for 6 adults and 1 baby and is decorated like a model home. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and also the built in gas grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and spices, which made it really convienent to prepare meals at home. I would not hesitate the recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and clean vacation rental.

Kelly was sooo accommodating, and she always contacted us back as soon as she could! There is almost no need to pack much because this lovely home is loaded with plenty of household items, toiletries, toys for the kids, kitchenware, spices, items for the beach and much, much more. This is a perfect place to stay if you're planning on visiting Disneyland for a few days or more. Disneyland is literally only minutes away. It was really nice to be able to take a break in between days to eat lunch or dinner. After a nice home cooked meal at “home” we could rest for a little bit and then go back to catch the night attractions. Playing pool was a nice break too and the hot tub! The only problem was there weren’t enough hours in the day! ;-) Thank you so much Kelly!!! We had a blast!

A wonderful place to stay!!

The house is immaculate and the owner, Kelly, has thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need while away from home! The house is perfect for both adults and kids!! We had three little ones on our trip under the age of 3 and she went above and beyond by getting us an extra high chair and setting up a pack 'n play and crib for us before we arrived. There's a toy closet in one of the rooms that is packed with goodies which was a big hit with the kiddos. She even had baby bath soap and baby sunscreen! The adults loved it too! The decorations and furniture are very modern and new. The pool table and hot tub were great a great way to unwind after a long day at the park. The kitchen is stocked with high quality cookware and appliances. We also took advantage of the grill out back for a relaxing dinner at "home." Kelly is wonderful to coordinate with and I highly recommend staying here the next time you go to Disney. You won't be disappointed!

Kelly Your house was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. You have thought of everything. The house was clean, close to everything, and the neighborhood was so nice. It felt like a home away from home. Our kids even wanted to leave Disneyland to go back to the house. Your book of information was helpful, and we took your advice for our beach trip. We had packed a stroller for our young ones, but ended up using yours because it was better for the park. We will be in touch for our next trip to Anaheim.

Everything was perfect - - Great house

This house is definitley worth it. I was there with a college tennis team of nine and there was plenty of room for all of them. Ample beds, couches, and room to relax. The pool table was a big hit...had some good team bonding challenges to a game of pool every night. The kitchen was awesome too...lots of counter room, high quality oven and stove, etc. The team loved cooking dinner every night. Everything in the house was clean and kept in great condition as well, which I know takes effort when you have different people coming and going every week. It felt like we were the first ones to use the place. Kelly was very helpful and accomodating with the whole process (she even helped us find alternate hotel options for the coaches to stay). I felt like she really cared that everything was perfect for us, which really makes a difference to the overall experience. We've rented in Southern Cal before and the team said this was by far the best house that we've rented. We will definitely try to stay there again next time we're in Anaheim. This property is certainly a home away from home, and came equipped with everything. Not to worry about flying with liquids, from soap to salad dressing, everything was provided. The pool table kept the guys busy, then the relaxing hot tub was a joy after a long day at Disney. The toy selection kept our grand daughter amused for hours. We made use of the outdoor dining even in February and can recommend Kelly for her quick response to any email question.

We had an excellent time at Kelly's house. The location is conveniently close to everything, and yet on a quiet side street with no traffic nor other noise. The house is equipped with anything you could desire, down to the smallest level of detail, and with convenient use instructions. It also is beautifully done and being inside makes you feel really comfortable and cozy in an executive style setting. The level of attention Kelly puts into it is awesome. Smallest of things, but the list of nearby favorite restaurants and a local grocery store discount card came to be very useful. Our son totally loved it there, asked to leave him there for another week:). Kelly and her husband are very friendly folks and will jump in to help if help is needed. Would definitely come back and stay there again!

Great place for family

In January 2011our family of 2 grandparents, 2 adult children and their 2 boys stayed at this delightful house while we spent 3 days at Disneyland . It was very comfortable and very convenient in every way. The house is clean, well furnished, and loaded with little extras like games, toys, plenty of bedding, and a well stocked kitchen. Having stayed in empty kitchen condos before, we greatly appreciated that the kitchen had salt & pepper, other spices, some oil, plastic wrap, ketsup, some salad dressing and other such things. We bought groceries at a nearby market and the owner even left the discount card for their best prices.We did not use the hot tub though it looked inviting. We did prepare breakfast and dinner each day at the house which saved lots of money and met everyone's eating needs. The 8 minute drive to Disneyland was a breeze. The neighborhood houses were all similar in quality and maintenance to this fine house. All was clean, orderly and ready for our visit. I highly recommend this house and this landlord's fine service!

What I have to say can definately not do this house justice, the house was simply beautiful, fantastic location, we had a the best time, Kelly thought of everything right down to the toiletries, which was terffic, we enjoyed this house so incredibly much, my children loved the pool table we barbecued a couple of times it was nice to come back from a long day of sightseeing and relax in the Hot Tub. Everyone had their own space weather it was in the bedroom watching TV or sitting on the patio reading a book. The Binder with directions and recommendations was awesome. We went to some of the restaurants you had menus for, the great food. I would definately recommend this house to anyone. Kelly was such a pleasure to do business with she answered all questions before the trip and left phone numbers at the house in case you needed to reach her. The house was very clean I almost did not want to touch anything and very well maintained.

Unfortunately it rained throughout our entire 5-night stay; but I can't tell you how wonderful it was to have such a beautiful and comfortable home away from home. We were able to wash and dry our wet clothes - which would have been a disaster if we were staying in a hotel. We definitely over-packed, not exactly confident of what would be provided in the house - which was more than I would've even dreamed. Kelly thought of and provided all the small and large necessities. The kids had so much fun with all the toys and cars and dress up clothes, they were happy to stay inside and play, not even noticing the rain outside. Like I said, it rained throughout our stay, but instead of the weather 'ruining' our vacation, the beautiful and comfortable home made it a wonderful vacation. We would love to come back and stay again (and see the sunshine next time!!). Thanks, Kelly!!

It was very well located for us to visit with our family in nearby Fullerton and also to access the beach at Newport. The home is very clean and well stocked. We were traveling with our two daughters (3 & 1.5) and they were thrilled to find the closet FULL of toys. The dress up box was a huge hit! The beds are very comfortable with beautiful linens. It was extremely clean, very convenient, and the customer service was great. It was very close to Disney (which is why we went to LA), so that was awesome. We had a great time at this house, and it was even better than the pictures portrayed. It was extremely clean, very convenient, and the customer service was great. It was very close to Disney (which is why we went to LA), so that was awesome. There were toys for my 4-year old twins and books for them to read, a dress-up closet-- so much more than I expected. It was a wonderful home away from home. I would highly recommend it. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our party, and all of us were very comfortable. We'd love to stay here again. We have recently returned from a lovely visit to this Anaheim home. It was very well located for us to visit with our family in nearby Fullerton and also to access the beach at Newport. The home is very clean and well stocked. We were traveling with our two daughters (3 & 1.5) and they were thrilled to find the closet FULL of toys. The dress up box was a huge hit! The beds are very comfortable with beautiful linens. Kelly was excellent to deal with. All questions were promptly answered.

We would hit up DL early in the morning and come back late afternoon for a rest and dinner, then head back. I felt like it saved us money to cook dinner in the fantastic kitchen then spend another 10 bucks on a corn dog. It is just minutes away from the grocery store, Angels stadium and access to I-5, which we used to hit up the beach. We flew into Long Beach Airport and it was a straight shot to the house. I forgot a few things and realized it didn't matter because Kelly provided just about everything. Lotion and a hairdryer, laundry soap, batteries, beach towels and toys...you name it! The neighborhood was great. Didn't even see or hear a neighbor our entire stay. Everyone ages 57 to 11 were impressed with this house. It was great to have a "home" to go to after a long day of exploring all of SoCal. Kelly was great to work with. Very professional. She even allowed us to stay past our check out time because of our flight getting changed. If you're thinking about renting a house for your next trip to SoCal, this is it. You won't be disappointed. We would get to Disneyland by 8:30, ride until 3 or 4 pm, go back to the house and relax and eat an early dinner, then we'd go back to Disneyland around 6 and ride until 10. Great family trip. We would get to Disneyland by 8:30, ride until 3 or 4 pm, go back to the house and relax and eat an early dinner, then we'd go back to Disneyland around 6 and ride until 10. Great family trip. We were taken by surprise when we opened the door and saw this beautiful home. It was awesome! Everything that is stated in the description, is true. The location worked out perfectly. It is only 10 minutes away from Disneyland, which helped out in bringing the little ones back for a nap! This home is very clean and taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding homes are very nice. Kelly gave us great customer service! We recommend this home to stay in. It is very comfortable and fits all of your needs!

We loved this house.location was wonderful.close to costos and disneyland. we enjoyed the hot tub and used the gas grill out on the lovily patio.the house was clean and well maintained,kitchen fully loaded.photos are accurate and reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. i have already told my co-workers at work this is a beautiful vacation home.we will be back.the owner was very much helpful and available,thanks. love fontleroy family

This house was perfect for our vacation. It is equipped with all the appliances, entertainment devices, towels, kitchen needs etc. - this made the vacation really enjoyable. The kitchen and patio are great. The house was very clean and comfortable. Hope we can stay here again!
