This beautiful SINGLE STORY home on the TPC Golf Course is a great place to relax. It is in The Canyons in Summerlin located in the guard gated Aventura development at Hualapai & Town Center. It was built in 2000, has 3,023 sq ft and a very open floor plan. It has separate family and living rooms and separate dining room that seats 8.
