This is our personal house, professionally decorated.
This is a very comfortable home,all located on the ground floor, located on the back water, where we keep our 27 foot boat. The dock is also available for dockage of your boat, or to fish, shrimp, crab, or for swimming. Hamlin Creek is 125 yards wide and +6' deep at the 12' x 20' floating dock. There is a 20' x 20' covered pierhead deck over the water. The pool overlooks the water. There also is a Hot Springs Spa on the deck overlooking the intercoastal waterway. High speed cable internet access is available at no charge. All bedrooms have TV and DVD and/or VHS. The living area has a 60" HDTV plasma TV with surround sound. From the sun-room you can observe the pool and creek. A large deck area at the house, under enormous trees provides a comfortable sitting or grilling area, even in the summer heat. The deck areas have ample chairs, benches and tables.
The Carriage house on premises may or may not be occupied by owner and there also will be minimal owner dock use to launch a boat.

- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: There is a 20'x20' covered pierhead over the water at the end of the dock walkway. There is a porch swing, picnic table, cooler, refrigerator and sink on the pierhead. The 12'x20' floating dock can be used to dock your boat, swim off, crab or fish.

- Charter Fishing, Rental Boats, Rental PWC, Para-sailing, Para-kiting, Testimonial, Dear Jim, My family and I spent a wonderful two weeks in our host's charming house, The layout of the house ensured that we never felt crowded despite the noise from four small children and five adults, The house is well equipped and child friendly, We enjoyed many hours lounging in the many sitting areas outside the house, For those who enjoy the water, this house is a must, I can highly recommend both the sunrises and sunsets, preferably to be enjoyed from the deck, Whilst I have not met the owners, it was clear from our correspondence that they were willing to help in any way to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible, Samantha Marcussen
