Nestled on a quiet street in a desirable Tahoe Vista neighborhood, this house will make you experience the real Tahoe. Majestic evergreen trees surround the area, birds are chirping away, and the sun fills rooms as it goes from east to west.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that is just joining the rental market after full renovations in bathrooms, kitchens, and fresh paint throughout. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertop. Large living room has enough space for everyone enjoy and play board games provided (or the ones you decide to bring with you), there is also a junior living room next to dining room. 2 fireplaces will allow for a gathering around one and a book reading by another.
The house has a 2 car garage, and an additional place to park up to 4 cars back to back.
New hot tub in the back yard, and away from it all, will allow you to relax and bring those sour muscles back to skiing or hiking condition.
You will start your daily trip with a great overlook of Tahoe, and this view never fails to impress. With the ski resorts in both directions, the house is only minutes away from Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and others. Casinos are nearby for those who feel lucky during vacation. During summer time, the beaches of Tahoe Vista, and Kings Beach are in close proximity, and Tahoe City is a short drive.

Our family of 5 stayed in this wonderful home for 3 nights right after the 2/16/09 snow storm. First and foremost the owners are WONDERFUL. They offered assistant above and beyond what you’d even get from a neighbor at home. We had some weather related issues. The house was nice and warm, clean and beautifully appointed. Lots of good dry firewood and kindling was available to add to the ambiance. The beds were very comfortable and clean—high quality linens. I wanted to take home the appliances with me, they were brand new and amazing. It was a nice treat to use them while there. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed to make a couple simple meals. The TV is high quality and the kids found all the stations they needed. The best station for them was exploring the grounds all around the house, covered with about 2 feet of snow. They had a blast out there! It’s a beautiful house, in a very quiet neighborhood, and the owners are the best part. Their kindness will not be forgotten. Our oldest child is already asking if we can come back to this house again next Christmas. Thanks so much for making our stay safe and memorable!

We stayed at this house for almost a week, my family with 3 kids and a couple of friends. We really liked the house, this filling- that everything is new - it's just great. There is enough room for kids to play and for a separate gathering for adults only :) It was very beneficial to souk in the tub after skiing, specially since we skied every day. Couple days kids stay at home and there was enough room around the house to play snow and to build a snow man - very important winter activity :) The location of the house is terrific - close to our popular resorts. Views from Tahoe Vista - unforgettable. The owners of the house very nice and responsive. We had some complain about water temperature, they immediately agree to come over to check it out and arranged with us time for visit most suitable to us. i think it help when the owner lives near by. All in all it was very enjoyable, I would recommend it for any one and would consider it for my next visit.
