Diane, thank you so much for your hospitality, not to mention the brownies. Besides the fact that everything about the condo was "perfect": the location, the pool, the condo itself was very comfortable, clean and safe. We were able to invite my son and his girlfriend to come with us. We haven't had my son on vacation with us for many years, as he is much older now and they too were quite comfortable having their own space. It really was a treat and I can't thank you enough...it was all very perfect! Thank you again for making this a great trip as we visited with family and saw more of Arizona too. We spent Feb 2011 at this condo. Very clean, in a gated complex, in an upscale neighborhood. Everything you need in the way of shopping, groceries, specialty shops, etc is so close by. The condo is in a quiet area. The pool is larger than expected and very well maintained, and just outside the door. The owners are great hosts. No disappointments. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

This is a wonderful condo to rent when in Scottsdale. It is located near many great restaurants, golf courses, Whole Foods, and just a short drive down to Fashion Square. All of the residents are very quiet and respectful, and the pool and hot tub are never crowded. But the best feature about this condo is the landlord, who is so hospitable, friendly, and attentive. You can't go wrong here.

I would rate the condo perfect. It met all our expectations and more.The condo had lots of room, was clean and well kept.The pool and hot tub were so nice at night. We had a hard time leaving. Diane was truly a joy!!! She brought us a nice treat at check in, when we arrived very late in the evening. She gave us wonderful pointers on places to see, as well as, yummy restaurants to try. The accommodations were outstanding! The friendly warm welcome with the delicious treats made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the pool at night and appreciated the access to the fitness center across the street. We felt very comfortable here and we were very pleased with our stay. Thanks so much for providing us with a clean well-stocked place to enjoy.

My husband and I and a friend of ours stayed in this property in early March of 2010. The property is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and was supplied with extras we didn't expect, like bath, hand and dish soap, paper products and even some spices and cooking oil. The outdoor living space is wonderful - nice porch, great pool, spa and grill area. The beds were comfortable and Diane is an excellent hostess; she had baked us a cake for our arrival and had a welcome basket with teas, hot chocolate mix, and candies. She also provided great information on stores and restaurants and got us access to a nearby fitness center. She was easy to reach when we had questions and always very upbeat and friendly. Her sister, Alicia, checked us out the morning we left and we found her to be just as personable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We felt very much at home.

This condo is in a great central location, clean, well appointed and quite with a great pool. Daine, the owner, is a wonderful lady who goes out of her way to make sure your stay is a very positive experience. A must place to stay while in the Scottsdale area.

My family stayed in the condo this spring for spring break. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool was great. The location couldn't have been any better. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. If you plan on staying in the Phoenix area, this condo is centrally located to all the area has to offer. It was a great value. We would certainly stay there again!
