We're located in the exclusive bedroom community of Paradise Valley, bordered by multi-million dollar homes. We are also centrally located, minutes away from numerous events/attractions/businesses: The Fiesta Bowl on January 5; the Barrett-Jackson Auction Car Show held January 11th through 18th; the FBR Golf Tournament January 26 through February 1; the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show February 12 through the 22; baseball spring training throughout March; AZ Diamondbacks and Coyotes throughout their seasons.   • My family stayed in the condo this spring for spring break. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool was great. The location couldn't have been any better. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. If you plan on staying in the Phoenix area, this condo is centrally located to all the area has to offer. It was a great value. We would certainly stay there again!

  • Condo was in great location and excellent condition. Owners were very easy to work with and were extremely helpful for restaurant suggestions and were kind to order tickets for us (at a discount) for an exhibit at the Desert Botanical Gardens. Very good value. Only item missing was wi-fi connection on site. Several options very close by.
